I'm still shocked by the quality we experienced. Clean, beautiful room where old character of the buildings meets modern design. Apartments are located in center but still away from noises of the streets. The only thing I needed there was the option list for the breakfast. We have never been to a place where they give you a free choice. We decided fast and weren't sure how it is going to be, but they delivered a great breakfast anyway :)

Room Tip: We stayed in room no 6

We stayed as a group in ALL the apartments for a wedding we were attending.
The rooms are very spacious and bright.
The service from Magdalena was brillant. She answered all our questions and was able to help anytime there was a need for assistant. We were able to contact her through a text message about the air conditioning and that was resolved the following morning.
Although the place is new from Feb 2013, there are a couple of things that need to be taken care of. Each room does not have proper outdoor ventalation for the air conditioning units and although the floors get cleaned with a mop every day, there is a coating of dirt that seems to stay on the floor - perhaps the cleaning product that is being used doesn't quite clean it or the mop is dirty from other rooms?
We would stay again and will probably do so on our next trip to Torun.

Great rooms. Very clean and modern but still maintaining a bit of old world charm. Staff is very helpful! After 30 hours of travel, we arrived late in the evening and were greeted warmly by Magdalena. We immediately felt welcome. Excellent location! Just around the corner from the main square. It was nice to have a mini equipped kitchen. Definitely recommend this property.

Room Tip: Bring bath soap and shampoo.

This hotel has a great central location near the main square. Unfortunately, it has an active street behind it. It is a beautifully renovated old building with great charm, but some expected conveniences have not yet been incorporated as chairs to watch TV or the necessary utensils to actively use the kitchen in the apartment we were lodged in. The staff is very kind and attentive, bringing a simple breakfast exactly at the hour requested and answering questions. Great potential.

Room Tip: I would ask for a quiet room, upper floor, one which has a fully supplied kitchen if I intended to s...

I have visited twice this hotel since my last visit.
The construction has ended and there are no mre workers on corridors.
Shortly - this is the best option in whole city to stay for business/ leisure/ family stay.
Rooms - spacious always with kitchen. Even smallest apartment - double large, kingsize bed in bedroom + separate kitchen+ separate bathroom.
150 m from old city and old market.
All city attractions available.
Please note that there is no 24h reception and it is better to announce your arrival on reservation. I had always call froom hotel staff to make exact time of appoitment at the hotel.
I stayed here in Jan 2013 when temp outside was - 10 degree and room was warm.
There is guarded parking within walking distance - at the Arsenał builing - price 36 PLN per day - I always leave car there, but you can try to leave car outside ( city parking fee applied) - not really recommended.
Breakfeast improved - eggs+ toasts + much better coffe ( but still instant ) than last time.
I will be frequent visitor.

Room Tip: Apatrnment no 5 - huge, enough for 4 people family.

We recently stayed two nights here, and it was a fantastic stay. Our welcome was warm, and in the time from booking the hotel, Natalia and I had had a great email conversation about when we would be arriving and how to get from the train station to the apartment. We already felt welcome.

Natalia welcomed when we arrived in the early evening (we called ahead to let her know we were on our way, as was requested.) She gave us the keys and maps and other information about the city, and the password to the free wifi. The wifi worked well and fast.

The apartment was spacious and welcoming. The furniture is new, and it is clear that they are in the middle of refurbishing this whole buidling, as the call system outside is not yet hooked up. It seems that there is still some work to be done on the apartment where we stayed as there were some loose wires, and some of the light switches did not seem to have any purpose (as of yet?)

The kitchen was equipped with glasses, plates cutlery for two. There were 2 tea bags and sugar, but no coffee or milk.

The bed was comfortable. The room was nice and warm. Be aware that you can hear noises from the staircase - people coming in and out etc, so it is not completely sound proof. We did not mind this though.

The building is down a side street in the old city. We were very happy about this central, yet quiet location.

There is a grocery store about 5 minutes away. We brought our own food, and the kitchen was adequate in every way.

It was great to have such a central base to explore the old town.

Be aware that there is no shower gel or shampoo - so make sure to bring your own.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in early October.

There were no hotels available for our stay (due to a big sporting event) when we came to book accommodation.

Fortunately Apartmenty Torun II was listed on a website, we feel very lucky at finding this Hotel.

Located 3 min walk from the old town, it is on a quiet but easily accessible street.

Our apartment was well equipped, very comfy bed, good TV, lovely kitchenette with cooker, fridge, sink and utensils also a good sized bathroom with shower, hairdryer and good supply of towels.

We had a cooked breakfast bought to our room every day, it was very tasty with strong coffee.

There is no smoking in the apartment but there is a nice rear raised patio with outdoor furniture and an ashtray.

They are carrying out building work to the ground floor, we were on the first floor but were not disturbed by this.

When we next visit Torun we will definitely stay here again!
