When we wanted to go to Poznan and research genealogical family history, we came upon Poznan Tours,and Tomasz Laskowski, in Trip Advisor. His reviews were great...but we were at first hesitant. Much to our surprise, everything we read was true and more! We started with email communication that was promptly acknowledged, professional, and friendly. We even communicated via FaceTime several times over a couple of months. He helped us to coordinate our family search tour, guiding us along the way! Tomasz was professional, patient, and understanding of our needs. He will provide more than you expect! His tours are very personalized to your needs.
He enjoys clients of all ages, respecting their nuances. He is fair and reasonable for the services you receive. He has resources that would be hard to find on your own.
He made the day trip with him personal and fun! You can’t go wrong if you just want a personalized tour of Poznan or something that involves more research! He is a goldmine of knowledge of Poznan and Germany!

Tomasz was out of town and he was kind enough to put me in touch with another guide, Simon. He discover us the secrets of the city, he made us a wonderful tour of the old and new center. My mother does not speak English and Simon (who said he did not speak much Spanish) ended up explaining everything in Spanish to my mother. I recommend 100% Tomasz and Simon. Thanks to them Poznan has been a beautiful visit!!

We had only have short time in Poznan, so we called PoznanTours and got Tomasz as a guide. He came on time the next day and took us with a car to the Cathedral and then to all interesting sites including those related to Jewish heritage, Tomasz was very knowledgeable and knew many details and stories to make the trip interesting and unique . He was very friendly too and knew to recommend the good restaurants , to tell the stories about the special food and drink which are Poznan origin. We spent more than 3 unforgettable hours with Tomasz and highly recommend taking him as a guide

There is nothing more that makes us happy that a happy people spending their great time in Poland and Poznan.
Yes, Jewish heritage in Poznan and Poland is rich and filled with many stories. Both good & bad, fantastic & hard to believe.
Additionally current politics is adding some "extras" to the subject ;)

Our tour was the perfect fit of interesting facts, individual needs, and funny guidance. We contacted Tomasz two weeks in advance and he checked our wishes. Tomasz arrived on time at our hotel, introduced the tour, showed some local places for food & drinks, and led us through the city in an enjoying speed. There was no need to hurry, and when it started to rain, we went to a bar and had some beers together. His English is easy to listen and follow, so, in the end, we were very lucky of having booked this tour, THIS tour.

I found the Poznan Tours website and had Tomacz do a genealogy search and a tour of WWII battle site in and around Poznan. I also had him book travel between cities on our 8 day Polish tour. He is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Poland and specifically Poznan. He found the ship upon which my great, great grand parents departed Poland for Louisiana and cleared up some misconceptions I had grown up with. Tomacz is a very likable fellow, is very accommodating, and is fun to be with. I will book another trip with him in the future.
