We stayed six nights at the end of April into early May, choosing it partly on the basis of tripadvisor reviews. The hotel is an attractive conversion of an older building, has large rooms with comfy beds, great walk-in showers, and big and varied breakfast buffets. It is in a side road a couple of minutes from the main square and all the restaurants and bars you could want. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room on the third floor looked out to St Elisabeth Church. The one thing that marred it was lack of aircon. As another reviewer has said, the weather was unusually hot, nearly 30 degrees, and we faced the choice of sleeping in a hot room or, by opening the window, in a noisy one. My wife is not a heavy sleeper and had two or three poor nights sleep as a result.

Room Tip: Perhaps rooms facing the back would be quieter.

It's hard for me to rate this hotel as I had a terribly bad luck while staying there. It was unbelievably hot for late April, around 28-30'C and their ac didn't work. Hard to understand that they couldn't find anybody to come and fix it. As a result of that we had 2 sleepless nights and checked out earlier than planned. We had to leave the windows open all night and it was really noisy.
It was a real shame as the hotel is in a perfect location and it is a really nice place. The room was quite big and nicely decorated and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel bar was also ok and breakfast was good. We were not very impressed with 'the plate of sweets' that we ordered to our room tho, but that was a minor issue compare to the lack of the ac.The hotel staff was really nice and helpful tho.
I am not sure I would stay there again. Possibly, but first I would check if their ac works.

situated in the Kielbasnicza road with few other hotels (Best Western is close to Art Hotel), this structure offers all you need for a short stay in Wroclaw. The position is perfect, just 3 minutes walk from the Rynek, the main square and the heart beating of the city; all the main restaurants, pubs etc are there (suggestions: cocktails at Literatka, a beer at Bierhalle, dinner at Bernard). The very center of Wroclaw is not that big, from Art Hotel you can easily go to all the turist places (Univesity spot, Cathedral, Isles on the river) or taking a tram and getting lost somewhere in the city (as I like - with a map to come back of course :)). Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are not that big but really comfortable and warm; I booked a standard single room, had a shower in the bathroom; bed and matress were paradise! you can also buy a breakfast in the hotel or have a meal there (the Restaurant was really inviting), but I cannot report it as I preferred discovering new places in the city to eat (suggestion: Blue Bar Cafè for a typical polish breakfast !) ... have a nice stay in Wroclaw !

This is a decent hotel. It is just off the main square in Wroclaw which is a great location for food, nightlife and people watching. The rooms are clean and tidy and the area is quiet at night. There is a church nearby and the bells will wake you up around 6.30am if you sleep with the window open!
The smoking rooms are older and (obviously) smell of smoke and are dirtier. No surprise there though.
I only spent one night here but it was very comfortable and the breakfast was good too.

I stayed here for 4 nights in two different rooms.
This is a nice hotel and the location is excellent. I rate this hotel as a 3 star hotel in a 5 star location. The main reason for this is the size of the room. My rooms was very small .
Another thing I think they could improve on is the cost of the over priced breakfast. I paid 50 PLN ($16) per person. For two people this is an extra 100 PLN for the room if you have breakfast which we did one time. The breakfast was very average. It is better to eat out for breakfast.
The staff at the hotel were excellent. The room does have a safe and mini bar with one free item from the bar.
