The cuisine on offer in Mosaiq is really outstanding! My ray fish proved just as it should be: lean, though fried, soft and juicy, which may only have been attributed to the right frying time. – The accompanying vegetables were excellent as well – fresh and crispy, though certainly not raw. – The sauce was incredible as well. What is more, the dish was relatively simple and therefore the way it was prepared played a major role, making all its ingredients perceivable though indispesable to create the unique taste of the dish.
Sadly, the restaurant room, proved a bit disappointing, which was in spite of the fact that its designer must have gone to any lengths in order to make it cosy and trendy. – First of all, let me mention the couch, far too soft for me to make a comfortable piece of furniture in a restaurant - especially that it was joined by a heavy table pulled so close to the couch that it was difficult to get behind it or even to get up.
Some people of our party also noticed that it was too cold in the room which must have been because of the misplaced aircondition stream.
Another disadvantage to any visit in Mosaiq can be the terrible acoustics. Sadly, during our meal, it was impossible to escape the foul language widely used in the kitchen.
What is more, we lacked any kind of napkins on the table, which was in spite of the fact that we had a reservation and our visit came as no surprise to the waiter… Well, truly said, some paper serviettes arrived to the restaurant during our meal, however, we were not offered any…
