Ah, pizza in Zakopane. We came here out of pure curiosity with the obsession Poland has with pizza. and this place was described as being in direct competition on an international stage with the likes of Domino’s and Pizza Hut, American based chains with an international presence. So how did they do?
It was pizza in Poland.
It was nice they had an English menu. They have great variety and even some interesting combinations. Especially the pizza with clams, tuna and shrimp. Really?
We had the Greek pizza. It was fine. Not great. Not terrible. It was a novelty. A decent salad. a few beers. The place was packed. It is grab a table and every person for themselves. Service was very good. I was surprised. Given how busy and seemingly short staffed, the service was better than expected. If you are from the States and you want a novel pizza experience, it is worth a visit. Actually, no matter where you are from, it is worth a visit.
