What a wonderful place to stay, it was like something from a movie. Highland style, log cabin feel. Located near a good sellection of slops, many inwalking distance. Little bit away from main strip about 35 pln in a taxi but was a nice walk the one evening we did it. Good selection for breakfast, different every day. The owner was very pleasent, not the best english but good enough to help us when needed.

Room Tip: We were in room 3 I think, it was over the kitchen so you could smell the food, try to get a differe...

Willa Oberża Sąsiadów is located about 25 minutes from the center of Zakopane, however close to the buses and hitchhikers opportunities ;) It's there, with gorgeous views of the mountains, silence and nature - very good choice if you're looking for something outside the noise of the city - perhaps not the first choice for the skiers though.

The owner was very kind, room beautiful and clean - arranged with charm and sense of true highlander style. We went for "królik" which is a "bunny" :-) - all the rooms are named after small animals, which is a cute idea.

The breakfast was "as much as you can eat" with eggs, ham, cheese, local stuff, tea, coffee... pretty cool - bread was local, very tasty.

One small minus - can get dark on the small road leading to the establishment, we got lost for a moment.

Room Tip: "Królik" has a short bed and bath, at least it would not be suitable for anyone over 1m85

Have been meaning to write this review for a long time, but have not yet got around to it. Stayed here is Nov 2010. This chalet in the mountains was amazing. We stayed in Zakopane for 4 days in Willa Oberza Sasiadow and the owner could not do enough for you as guests - would definitely rate this hotel 5*. We were picked up by the owner from Krakow airport and driven for 2hours to his hotel, at the end of our stay he happily drove us to our next hotel in Krakow. For the amount we paid this was a very good deal. We arrived just before the ski season and the snow and thus appeared to have the hotel to ourselves. The rooms were cosy and warm. The room was very clean and inviting - folded towels, slippers and chocolates sitting on the end of the bed to welcome us. Bedding was decorated with a fur blanket - very comfortable. Enjoyed having the hotel sauna all to ourselves for the duration of our stay. Despite us being the only guests at the hotel, the owner spared no effort. In the mornings a log fire was lit in the breakfast room and the long wooden table in front of the lit fire laid for two. Breakfast was laid as a buffet with very nice polish food and often home made scrambled eggs, from the chickens outside. Property was very inviting as was the owner, despite not knowing English and ourselves only knowing very limited polish. Idyllic mountain scenery. Would definitely return 5*.

Went here in Feb/March for a ski trip and found it very good. Close to Szymaszkowa ski resort which is good for beginnerers and Intermediates alike. Very warm and friendly owners but it is quite dark walking up the lane after a night on the town and i fell once or twice! It is a good walk to the town centre which never bothered us. it is really a taxi ride to most of the ski areas which is ok as they are relatively cheap.Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cost effective way of going skiing.

This BB is just outside of Zakopane, about 25 min walk to town centre. Close to bus stop, where you can catch a bus to town. And 5 min walk to the lift to Gubalowka. So location is really good if you dont wanna stay in loud town centre. I dont recomend this place for skiers. With all your gear might be a little bit difficult. But in a summer its just great.
BB is very clean, and room we had was lovely. Beautifull wooden walls and floor made it really cosy. We had a great view for mountains and trees from our window. Only one thing we were missing was a kettle. We could use a little kitchen downstairs but I didnt wanna do it at late evenings.
There is also really nice garden, with benches and swing.
Staff really nice and friendly, speaks really good english.
Breakfast really tasty but there wasn't any juice just tea and coffee. I asked about it and I said my partner doesnt drink coffee or tea ,so We expected any kind of juice next morning but we didn't get it.
I would stay in this place again, probably next summer :)

Stayed here for one night only, would have loved to have stayed longer. The guy who runs the place is very laid back, friendly and helpful, and he runs the place well. The villa is clean, the decor is nice, good attention to detail, and the place just feels really cozy and welcoming. Even the cats are some of the friendliest I've met!

The room I stayed in was very nice and spacious. The best feature was the awesome shower - 9 nozzles to choose from! Perfect after a long day hiking or skiing. There's a sauna too, but I didn't use it.

The only downside about this place is that it's quite a way out of town and a bit hard to find, which makes things difficult if you don't have a car (like me). It's a long walk into town (at least 30 mins), taxis are relatively expensive (around 25 PLN from town to the Villa), and buses are not that frequent.

Would I stay there again? Absolutely! Was great value at PLN100 (off peak) incl breakfast.

+/- a bit far from city centre, but it was no problem for us. We enjoyed our walking.
