We relied on TripAdvisor reviews while choosing hotel Apis and we don't regret.
Hotel has great food for both meat and vege lovers and modern room deco with quality bathroom equipment. For breakfasts, they always offered to make fresh pancakes for kids and gave us toys. Hotel is located in the city about 10min drive to the historical centre. They have parking free of charge so you dont search for a slot to park your car which takes time in Krakow. Worth recommending!More

Some of my vegetarian friends got 2 oranges served on a plate for dessert at this hotel. 2 oranges. They didn't even make a nice fruit salad or something out of said oranges.
The hotel website is also very misleading!!! The rooms showed in the website are only on the first floor. The rest of the floors look different to the pictures on the website, so please beware.
In conclusion, I highly doubt that this hotel is a four-star one. At most, maybe a 2 star. Maybe if every other hotel is booked then go to this one. Otherwise, please go somewhere else!

We choose this hotel via email adverts and when we arrived we fel very disappointed .After we spoke the reservation guy there and after we went to ur room we felt very nice.The. An was so polite and helpful and make us feel like a home. we asked home questions and he help us a lot.we checked 3 persons so they gave us a room on the 4th floor Nd was great and clean .The only thing I am afraid I have to say little bad is the breakfast which is not so good and if the first people eat nearly nothing left for the next who arrive a little late.The first day we found everything but the too last days we found no bacon no milk and other things.I liked this hotel and if they improve their breakfast a bit more it will be a wonderful 4star hotel.Also is very near to the old town and next to hotel is a bus station and if you take bus 105 in 5minutes you are in old town

We had a family room for 3 adults and were pleasantly surprised how large the room was. It was comfortable and had enough wardrobe space for the three of us.
The breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty and replenished throughout. Only drawback was there was only one coffee machine and, with a large group staying whilst we were there, there were long queues for the coffee. Staff could have been a bit friendlier in the breakfast room but otherwise an extremely pleasant stay.
We spent 2 nights in that hotel. Hotel was well kept, clean and good service. Breakfast was very tasty. Everyone could find something to eat. Around few minutes to the historical town. We had massive room. Highly recommended this hotel.
a rather small hotel but a great one. rooms are clean , breakfast is very good and the service is great. very kind staff . the hotel is located a bit outside city center but it is very recommended. definatly the perfect hotel to stay.
