We were advised by our apartment owner to try here. Nice and warm inside and quirky decor, lit candle on the table even mid morning.
Ordered scrambled eggs with cheese and toast on the side, nicely served, piping hot and very tasty. Great coffee too. All this for £4 per person. Could not fault it and would return.
This is located in a little side street just off the main square so we were thrilled with its discovery. They have tables outside and provide blankets. There are no pigeons around on the street as they clean the floor at night. They also have a big seating area inside which is set up like a cave with lot's of candles and statues which make it a very nice setting. We had a fabulous breakfast here and the waitress was super helpful and friendly. I would recommend the muesli and the omelettes. Be careful ordering the porridge as the oats are not cooked, it is simply just oats and yogurt.
Went therr for lunch, the quality of the food is rather good, with fresh ingredients. A little overpriced, service is rather bad, not friendly and it took ages to get our change back, environlent from a tea shop with tables outside on a quiet street
Despite great reviews, we found this place rather mediocre. At around midday they told us the pie my friend wanted was only just being cooked, and would take about 2 hours. I have a very lacklustre panino with pork and horseradish, whilst my friend had a salmon panino which looked quite boring. All-in-all, a bit of a disappointment, but in a nice setting and with friendly service.
