My sister and I stayed for a week in the Loft Apartment. It was a wonderful, two-story apartment with comfortable beds and a full kitchen. The location can't be beat - very close to the main square but on a relatively quiet road, so not much noise other than the occasional clip-clop of horses hooves.
The restaurant down-stairs (Cyrano de Bergerac) was excellent - we highly recommend it. We even had lunch there a couple times - highly recommend the onion soup.
Since we both speak French, we enjoyed our daily conversations with the couple who own the place - but there were plenty of English speaking employees around when we needed it. We spent a wonderful evening listening to a piano player in the small bar one night and a friendly conversation with the bartender another night.
The only negative was the number of stairs up to our room, but we should have guessed that when it was named "The Loft"! We definitely got our exercise since the city is very walkable too.More
