“Amazing experience!”

We stayed in the Orlowska apartment and couldn't have been happier. It is spacious and beautiful. Kitchen is wonderfully appointed, bathroom is fresh and modern and the living areas furnished in antiques. The bed is comfortable with beautiful bed linens. To our surprise, it was cleaned daily by a diligent staff. We didn't expect that in an 'apartment' setting.
The best part though, are the three young ladies that run this establishment. Klaudia, Ewelina and Gosha were the friendliest, most helpful staff we have encountered anywhere in our travels. Not only are they thoroughly professional and knowledgeable, but they were willing to go out of their way to help this non-Polish speaking couple. They were assisted by helpful Andrew, who hauled our luggage. The Main Square is only 3 short blocks away, there is an inexpensive breakfast and pierogi restaurant immediately next door, and a wonderful French restaurant, the Cyrano de Bergerac, in the basement, as well as a wonderful milkbar on the same block. We could happily live there. Do not pass up Orlowska, you won't find better accomodations in Krakow!

We all just went crazy when we saw how beautiful our apartment on the 3rd floor was. It looked like it had just been remodeled, but it's actually over 8 years ago. Everything looks brand new. Gorgeous tile and amber fixtures in the bathroom, lovely parquet flooring, absolutely the cutest kitchen. It was all very comfortable and perfect setup for my Mom and me in one room and bro in the other. It is also just a blocks walk to the square. If I had anything bad to say, it would be that it was a little noisy on the street at night. We had all four big windows open for awhile to cool it off. But since I wear earplugs to help with Mom's snoring, it didn't really bother me. You can't beat the price, especially when you have more than two people. The three queen size beds were perfect. Also, very secure with electronic key fob entry at night and an apt door like Fort Knox. Nice elevator too.

Room Tip: They have other apartments, too. Some other people checking out when we did said theirs was nice al...

We booked here because of the reviews on TripAdvisors and we were very happy that we did. The kitchen was great but missing a few utensils like a spatula, soup spoons, etc. We used it for breakfast everyday and a lunch. The air conditioning worked fine but the room needs a fan to move the air around on a hot day. Since we like to walk the location inside the old city was perfect. The staff was very accommodating.

Excellent accomodations! We spent our first few days in the 1930's apartment and felt we had walked right back in time (but with modern ammenities). The luxurious curtains opened to the balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard. The wood floors and antique furniture, along with the beautiful woodwork on the ceiling gave the room such a warm feel. This was a quick, lovely walk to both the planty and the square (which we did each morning and evening), yet still a quiet, relaxing room. We later stayed in the Boudoir apartment. This was rustic romance at its finest! The high ceilings lined with huge wooden beams, its quiet balcony, its rich fabrics and rugs, and its free-standing tub all made us feel we were bathing in warm luxury. A beautiful room with all the ammenities we needed, and then some. Wonderful apartments! Ewelena and the rest of the staff were wonderful, assisting with any need we had. Perfect place for a perfect trip.

Room Tip: 1930s room--quiet, a little older Boudoir--quiet, romantic

We booked this on the fly from Trip Advisor and are so happy we did. Not only was the apartment clean and huge, it was very modern and up to date. We didn't use the kitchen, but certainly could have preparegot us a d meals if we wished. And the service from the front desk staff was above and beyond. We had a ton of luggage and they not only helped us shelp it at 10pm, they got us a taxi to haul it to the station AND took it too the platform and INTO our compartment on the train. Saved my back. Unreal great service. Highly recommend working with these people.

Room Tip: We were in the new apts, so had an elevator and great view of the main church. Some late night reve...

We stayed in the Early 1930's apartment for 4 nights in early June and had a wonderful experience. LOVED how close it was to all the wonderful city of Krakow has to offer. We loved Klaudia and Margaret who work in the office and were so welcoming and kind. We got to visit with them before we left on the last day and it was a highlight for our family for sure. The apartment was very spacious with plenty of room for the 3 of us with a balcony. We borrowed the bikes 2 different days and loved exploring Krakow this way. The planty is very close and we jogged around it one morning, our son ran around it everyday we were there. Would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful old building.

Having just come back from a trip to Poland, ending with 3 nights in 'the boudoir' room of the Orlowska Townhouse and have to say it is a fantastic place to stay. The room felt very decadent with all the beautiful pieces of wooden furniture and the free standing Victorian style bath. The room was very spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the rear terrace. Ideally located near to the Old Town Square and with a fantastic French-Polish Restaurant downstairs. Staff were very friendly and assisted with our trip planning.
