All the furnishings and decor of this bar even the doors look as though they have been rescued from skips or recycled friends and family throw away's. Non of the tables match, non of the chairs around the tables match, and the walls look as though they've long been awaitng that finishing layer of plaster. There is one toilet and the bar is 2 meters long. The place is dimly lit mainly by candles and the music is a mix of pop, rock, jazz and traditional polish folk. This place is unique totally Bohemian the style of the place shouldn't work but does, in an amazing way. The beer garden also continues this theme. The atmosphere in this place is both relaxed and curiously unusual, always wonderful and frequently busy. I am a regular visitor to Krakow and always stay in Kazemiriez for the wonderful night life, both bars and restaurants, much better than the old town, and I always come here several evenings per visit. Eszeweria is in my top 10 bars of the world.

The decor of this place is unreal. We sat in a quiet corner of the bar on a small bed. Its candle lit and the drinks are great. You must try local vodka, apple juice and cinnamon.

Dark, smokey and filled with random furnishings, Eszeweria is one of the strangest bars I have been to. It is full of strange incongruous pieces of furniture and wall decor. It reminded me of some of the ruin bars you get in Budapest. If you are a smoker this is the place for you. Everything looks knackered and on its last legs but what a fab place to hang out.
