Location - lovely quiet part of the jewish quarter with restaurants and bars nearby

Room - Small but adequate, clean and tidy

Bathroom - Very small and awkward space (room 22)

Bed - Nice and comfy but bedding too small for the size of bed so don't stay here if your partner is a wriggler or you aren't prepared to fight for the quilt

Breakfast - adequate but hot water will be tepid for tea if you arrive later in the sitting

Krakow is lovely and definitely worth a visit. For the amount of time spend in the room this is a great value hotel for a citybreak so you can book with confidence.

Room Tip: May want a room with a bigger bathroom

This hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful, getting train and bus times for trips. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Wi-fi connection in rooms was excellent. Tea and coffee in room was replenished every day.Location was perfect,, rooms were slightly small but the amount of time spend in them it didn't matter. Would stay again.

We pulled up outside on the cobbled street and from the exterior this place oozes class. And the interior won't dissappoint, it's so well done.
The receptionists were friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was a little on the small side but was very comfortable. The carpet was the softed i'd ever felt. You also have the bonus of a little fridge! Bottled water is provided daily.
Breakfast was fantastic, from boiled eggs, various cheeses, yougurts, cold meats, many salads. You also had the choice of choosing from there hot options.
The location of this hotel is a major plus being so central in the Jewish Quater. Hotel David is a must if staying in Krakow......

We stayed at Hotel David for four nights recently and had such a great time that I actually miss the place. From the moment you enter through the front door from the old cobble-stoned street you know you're in a classy establishment. The reception staff are so friendly and welcoming and are all fluent in English. We've stayed in many hotels all over the world but the decor in Hotel David is probably the best we've ever seen. It's completely unique and was obviously designed specifically for the hotel.
It's ten out of ten for cleanliness and hygiene too and breakfast in the dining room downstairs has everything you could possibly want including fruit juices, tea, coffee, cereal, meats, eggs, tomatoes and basically too many other things to mention here. There's also always a waitress on duty and if you want something that isn't already there she's more than happy to help.
The rooms at the Hotel David are not big but everything else is so fantastic that we really didn't care. Just for added excellence the hotel is situated right in the heart of the old Jewish neighbourhood of Kasmierz which has some of the best restaurants and bars you will find anywhere in Krakow (lots and lots of really cool bars).
If we ever visit Krakow again the first thing we'll do is ring Hotel David to see if they have any vacancies.
