“Lovely Cafe, reasonable priced”
Reviewed June 9, 2013

We stopped in early evening on 30May. There was only one other table taken at the time, but a few tables were maked for reservations. We were provided with an English menu. We had two Guliwer burgers, the Penne with the chicken and spinach sauce and the pork loin with mushroom sauce. We also had a couple beers, a glass of wine, a spirited hot chocolate drink and a coke. The price came to about $55 USD. All of the meals were very good, especially the pork loin. The waiter was not very welcoming, but he was not rude so it was fine. The only thing that I would not recommend is the hot chocolate drink. It was on their liquor menu. It was extremely rich, tasted like hershey's syrup with cherry liquor and it was not even hot. Otherwise the dinner was delicious and very reasonably priced. Located right off the main square.

“Nice intimate place”
Reviewed June 8, 2013 via mobile

Started off with potato leak soup very nice but no crusty bread followed with honey ribs well cooked but have to say no taste of honey , no cheesecake so had apple pie very tasty and light pleasant sweet . Small place not far from main square worth a visit .

“Fantastic”

Definitely worth a visit! Great value, lovely staff, and gorgeous food. Duck is worth a try, as is the goats cheese salad! All desserts are homemade!

“Proof that quality is on offer in krakow”
Reviewed June 1, 2013

Visited with friends on the last night of a 4 day trip to Krakow,
Like many restaurants in krakow, quite a discrete venue, so the quality of the food was a real surprise, and excellent value
Well worth a visit.

“Loved it!”
Reviewed May 31, 2013

I went to Guliwer for my 2013 birthday dinner with my boyfriend. We liked the atmosphere, and the service was very polite and friendly. We shared the chevre/bacon/cherry tomato salad (great) and then had the duck with cranberry sauce (divine), and the honey ribs (not what we expected but good), and finally we shared a piece of apple pie (the best I have had so far). All that together with a bottle of Spumante wine, was less than 50 euros (I do not remember the exact price, but it was fair). We had a great time. Next time we're in Krakow we are going back!
