One of the best meal of traditional food I've had in Krakow. The prices are very low.
This is a "eating house", nothing fancy. The door to the kitchen is opened and the older people are in that kitchen making the food from scratch.
The tables are very close to each other and maybe need to be sharing a table.
The service is basic, fast and polite.
This is a place to go, experience a no-frill restaurant, great homemade, and the reward beside a wonderful meal in the historic quarters? Paying for the meal to the old man seating behind the cash register next to the door. This is the honor system and this old man has such a unique personality. Worth the visit. Lots of students, and artists go there.
We will definitely return. It is that good in every way possible.
