I have not stayed at the hotel, but only had food and drinks, as the place is literally around the block from my vacation rental. The food and coffee is amazing, literally. It is also rare to find such regardingly warm service. Even if you spend most of your time in Rynek, I would recommend this place as a restaurant worth visiting.

Room Tip: I have read quite a few of the negative reviews, and will say only two things to them all. Make sure...

Just spent 4nights here and it was excellent. Staff, food ( especially the breakfasts!) my friend and I were treated with politeness and courtesy at all times. We would recommend unequivocally to anyone wanting to spend a few days in real style.

I had a wonderful stay at the rubinstein residence. The location is perfect in the heart of the Jewish quarter, where you seem to get more value for your zloty. The hotel room was clean and big. The staff were attentive and polite and everyone was very helpful and polite. The hotel has a lovely roof garden , however the weather dictated that we didn't spend much time there. Krakow is an amazing city and this is an amazing hotel, in which will be the first hotel I look at when travelling to krakow again.

We have just arrived home from staying at this lovely hotel. We had an early flight so arrived before check-in time but were made to feel welcome with complimentary coffees. The staff were polite and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with large soft beds. The bath with plenty of hot water was also appreciated after long days out exploring beautiful Krackow.

There was a fantastic selection of fresh fruit at breakfast time with yogurts, breads, jams and a choice of hot food if wanted.

The on,y problem we gad was our tv was not tuned in but this was soon rectified after we informed the receptionist.

Thanks to the hotel staff for helping make our stay so enjoyable. We will be returning to see you soon.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 305

This hotel is located perfectly in the Jewish Quarter/Ghetto with plenty of restaurants around, and tons of those little buggys to drive you around to see the city. We tried the restaurant and it was fantastic. Cool bathrooms.

A very nice hotel in a wonderful location. The room was plenty big enough for the two of us and the bed was really comfy, there was only a couple of things that let it down in the bathroom, there wasn't a shower screen when there was all the fitting so that was a bit of a pain and there were some electrical wire's sticking out of a wall. I can not praise the staff highly enough they were very helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble for them.

This is a terrible hotel. We arrived to find dirty rooms. The rooms were nothing like we saw on their web site.
They were dark and tiny. We requested a view of the square, not a chance. We were facing the back yard.
We requested ajoining rooms, yes you guessed it, npt a chance. We were on different floors.

Room Tip: Stay away. I was so disappointed with this hotel in krakow.
