Very cleverly done, well laid out and clear. Different areas had different sound effects. Could have stayed all day and listened to the stories of the survivors displayed on small screens. Also there is a small cinema telling the story.

I visited this place in October. I walked to it from Wawel Cathedral. It took 20 minutes. The museum has a cool area for watching videos about Oskar Schindler. There was plenty of content and pictures there of the past and was really interesting. One thing that annoyed me was that the floorboards were so squeaky when walking around. It is definitely worth a visit.

The content of the museum was fascinating, well, what I got to see of it. Because the tour was so long, our tour guide (who had obviously learned off an English script and was reciting it back to us) rushed through everything. We hardly got a chance to read any of the signs or take any photographs, and our teacher had to request that we slow down at more than one time.

I wanted to enjoy it, but I'd rather return to Krakow one day and move through the museum at my own pace

I found schindlers factory very interesting, i thought there would of been more about schindler him self. The factory is with in walking distance of the city centre so if you dont mind a short walk it will be the differance between 100 zloty for a booked trip to 22 zloty and that includes the modern art museum next door. (if you like that sort of thing)

If you are limited with time, do not miss out on this one. Its a great museum highlighting the history of Krakow during the Nazi invasion of Poland. It is definitely worth the time and money. Its a short walk from the tram which will take you to old town.
