My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in April on a short mini break without our child. The hotel was lovely, rooms clean and fitted to a simple but high standard. The staff were extremely helpful and helped make our break an enjoyable success. The position is perfect, very close to the main square and easy to get around. Thank you

Room Tip: The front rooms on the main road were a little noisy and if we went again we would ask for a room at...

We stayed for 5 nights over Easter. Very central location, easy to get everywhere. Room was lovely, spotless and with complementary cherry vodka and water. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was lovely with everything you could want. A lovely hotel I would highly recommend.

We spent a whole week in the hotel and we really liked it: the staff was friendly and very helpful (specially the female staff!), the rooms were clean and comfortable as well as the facilities such as sauna and gym. Breakfast in the morning was tasteful, varied and abundant. The facilities for getting to tourist places such as Auswitch and the Salt Mines were well priced and easy for the guests. The diary local information provided by the hotel regarding concerts and other events in Krakow were very useful. Last but not least, the price was very reasonable! I will definitely recommend this hotel.
Just two things to think about for the hotel's management:
1. The curtains are quite thin so it is difficult to get back to sleep if you wake up early in the morning due to the light getting through them.
2. There should be a policy for people disturbing other guests during sleeping time - we only had this problem one night though!

Staying five nights here with a group of twenty. I am sharing a twin room. Very spacious, desk and two armchairs, safe, bedside tables and good reading lights, big bathroom with excellent shower. Very clean. Beds are comfortable and the whole place is very quiet. Bottled water, tea and coffee facilities provided every day. Breakfasts are big with many choices - cereals, eggs, continental meats and cheeses and more. Plenty to get you going for the day. Only 10 minute easy walk to the markets and town square. Many bars, restaurants, shops close by. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a gym and sauna for guests and massages or other beauty services available. The staff are able to organise trips if you want.

Room Tip: I stayed in room 206, at the back so very quiet.

Comfortable, quiet room at side of hotel, no problems with traffic noise. Ten minute walk to city centre or railway station. Two free bottles of water each day, tea making facilities in room replenished daily. Room lighting was much better than in most hotels. Staff were polite and helpful. Very good breakfast. I used their pre-booked taxi service from the airport which was very handy and competitively priced. Free wi-fi. Would recommend and return.

Due to its small size, felt more like an upmarket guest house than a hotel. Good rooms, completely modernised inside, very helpful staff and certainly very clean. Breakfast was a bit of a scrum as we hit the peak hour, but had a good range of options including breads and small scoops of cottage cheese and egg mayonnaise. Slightly strange choice of very dark leather furniture in our room made it feel more gloomy than it was. About 200m from the action, so very handy for everything. Good, not super-brilliant, value for money.

Stayed here last week and it was brilliant. All the staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Organised our trips with no hassle. We needed to use the lifts for salt mine visit and they sorted everything for us. The rooms were great, clean and the beds were so comfortable. Little extras around the hotel. Fresh fruit and biscuits free to help yourself and a decanter with local polish vodka in room. Would definitely recommend this hotel and want to say thank you to all the staff for being so friendly and helpful.
