We went as a couple aged between 28 and 33. The Hostel staff were extremely helpful, they gave us advice on trams and showed us on the maps how to get to places. The Hostel was in a great location for the stunning Wawel Castle and Market Square.
For us, the let down was the ill fitting bed sheets that often came apart in the night as 2 singles were together instead of a double this resulted us in being woken often stuck to the plastic mattress protector - the pillows were in need of a wash too bar that we were happy with the bathroom that was in the room.
The Hostel done a wash and dry for us for £4 - I loved the service they offered but I would have preferred doing the wash there myself as the clothes were damp on return.
The breakfast was in the bar four out of the five nights we stayed. On the final day it was in the kitchen but we opted to grab a coffee on the street from the bakers as there were no clean dishes available - I could have washed up but the cloth there wasn't overly clean
For us we would definitely return to Krakow but we would opt for a hotel instead of a Hostel.More
