“Must-visit”
Reviewed July 14, 2013 via mobile

Much more than just teaching about the Holocaust, the permanent exhibit shows how contemporary Poland deals with the memory of its murdered Jews. Essential to understanding Poland today. The Hassidic temporary exhibit was also uncommonly good.

we didn't visit any death camps, but a trip to this excellent contemporary museum, plus the schindler's factory museum, was powerful.

“Beautiful”
Reviewed July 7, 2013

The permanent exhibition + the temporal exhibition were very interesting. These are well placed in an amazing building. The people in charge are extremely nice and the whole place has a good atmosphere. It has a well stocked library and a small cafe were I could have stayed for hours. Definitely worth a visit!
