This church is a classic example of Baroque architecture and is on Grodska Street (which has a lot of shopping locations on it). There are concerts held here in the evenings (there is a charge for that). Although I was unable to attend the concert, a friend of mine did and enjoyed it very much.

The Twelve Apostles are lit up at night, again lovely architecture. Situated on the Royal Walk towards the Pawel Castle

Walking along Grodzka Street you cannot miss the Saints Peter & Paul church due to the huge statues of the 12 apostles on the outside. The exterior is beautiful as is the interior. Lots of altars with pictures and statues on them. The organ is huge and has plenty of cherubs and angels around it. Lovely main altar with stone half moon carved ceiling above. The crypt is closed at the moment for renovation works. A large beautiful church well worth a visit.

This is a lovely church both inside and out. We did the audio guide which was informative and a perfect length. We went back in the evening for a concert. The only disappointing thing was missing out on the talk about the pendulum which is held on Thursdays. The interesting thing the volunteer told us was that Pope John Paul ii parents were married in this church.

We were too late to go inside but it was worth visiting to see the statues of the twelve apostles. The craftsmanship is spectacular. St Andrews church is next door
