Visited the museum on a cold Monday afternoon and appeared to be the only people there. A large selection of interesting aircraft don the outside area whilst the Cold War 'East vs West' exhibition proved the most interesting and insightful part of the museum. The museum also boasts an impressive collection of prop and jet engines.

We traveled by public transport and found it straightforward enough although it could be better signposted for visitors.

If you are at least a bit interested in aviation, you really MUST visit this great museum. Just keep in mind, that you should spare at least 2-5 hours on it if you are not that into it. But if you do... all day might not be enough. We were very happy that we visited this great museum and had an excelent museum-day. While visiting Krakow, and want to see something besides churches - this museum is great choice!

If you like your planes and a little history it's a little gem. The outside display has some weird and wonderful aircraft & whilst light on numbers it's a place where you can just wander and see and touch history - great fun

What a joy to find this Museum, take the tram (No 4) from the centre of Krakow the few Kilometers to the Museum.

Quite a lot to see, with aircraft I didn't even know existed!

Lots of Old Cold war aircraft, Polands contribution in the Battle of Britain, to Polands Air Force in the intervening period.

Since Aircraft is a hobby of mine I was quite happy to spend all afternoon wandering around, a friend with me was enamoured by the 'Engine Shed' where there were a lot of 'Old to Modern engines ' on view, many with cut outs to see how they operated.

All in all a positive delight to wander round, we were fortunate to be On Site when the Police helicopter came into land from a sortie round Krakow.

will no doubt go again when we revisit Krakow.

This museum has one of the biggest eastern bloc and NATO aircraft collections I have ever seen, including some historic one-of-a-kind aircraft from all the way back to WWI.
