So glad we stayed here a true taste of Poland! Clean comfortable and friendly! Staff are exceptional going out of their way to help guests -the reception staff were amazing. It's location is perfect to explore the beautiful city of Kraków.
Breakfast is a buffet of various cold meats, cheeses, fruits, yogurt and breads my only complaint if you could call it that was that the coffee was served in flasks and cold however when I asked for hot coffee the staff immediately replenished the flask. We decided on a lie in and missed breakfast ...reception gave us a voucher for lunch! What a great gesture...
Highly recommended!

There are many hotels to choose from in krakow and i am glad that we booked this one. It isn't a luxurious chain hotel - instead it is a small, cosy and very friendly hotel, you know you are in poland!. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the location is suberp. We have room 202, it is quiet, clean and the beds are excellent. Plenty of towels and the room is cleaned every day. Breakfast is traditional polish.... smoked sausage, various cheeses, cold meats, with a variety of vegetables but it also has scambled eggs, toast, fruit and cereals, fresh orange juice, tea and coffee. We are very happy here, krakow is amazing. The cost of the hotel was amazing too... 5 nights with breakfast £285 or 1555 zloty.we are only 5 minutes from the old town too.

Stayed from Saturday 16th to Tuesday 19th, didn't arrive till 23:30 but room lovely and warm and clean. Hotel had arranged all transfers for us via email which was great. Breakfast was not our thing but plenty of alternatives round and about. Rooms were quite small but fully equipped with everything you need: tv, hair dryer, fresh towels and bedding every day. Tea and coffee facilities replenished too. Check out is 11:00 but the staff kept our bags for the day and again arranged airport transport for our return journey. I would certainly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be going again on my next visit to Kraków

This is a lovely little hotel located close to the main square, Our (superior) room was clean and comfortable with a good sized bathroom. Secure parking was available across the road in the Holiday Inn but it is quite expensive. Breakfast is until eleven and there was a good selection available including a cooked option. We wanted to explore the city a bit more on the day we checked out and the manager was kind enough to let us leave our bags in the hotel until late afternoon. Have already recommended the Wielopole to family and friends and intend to stay there again soon.

We visited Kraków for a short break after new year and stayed at the wielopole for 4 nights in a superior room, and can't really fault the hotel in any way it's a two or three minute still from the main square it's extremely clean with comfortable beds and pillows and good heating also coffee making facilities in the room and bottled water left every day when the rooms were cleaned . breakfast was adequate with self serve facilities with a small selection of hot and cold breakfast items only fault was the coffee wasn't hot enough and also smoking allowed in some of the rooms which you were able to smell in some parts of the hotel but I would definitely stay here again without doubt.
