We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and highly recommend it to anyone travelling to krakow! Great value for what you get. The hotel is so centrally located that you're just a 2 minute walk from the old town and tram stops are just outside and. The rooms are small but very comfortable and clean. The definite stars of the hotel, however, are the receptionists who are the most friendly and helpful people I've come across! They make staying at the hotel a lovely experience and are very accommodating- like changing our room to a higher floor so that we were not as close to the construction going on at the holiday inn across the road or finding out information on places or transport for us. If you're going to krakow, you can't do any better than hotel wielopole!

I´ve never met such good service in a hotel. Everyone was polite, cheerful and went out of their way to try to satisfy every request. We went there twice. The hotel is in a good location and has really clean rooms. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We were also very pleased with the taxi company the work with.

We stayed for three nights at this very friendly and pleasant hotel, situated just a few minutes walk from the old town centre and a few steps from tram stops. The staff we particularly friendly and helpful, even giving us advice on bus stops and where to buy the tickets. If visiting Kraków again we would certainly stay there.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights. The staff is really pleasant and helpful. They booked a tour to Auschwitz for us.
Great location. It's a 1-2 minute walk to the old town square, but located on a quiet street. It's also close (10 minute walk) to the jewish district and about a 20 minute walk to the old jewish ghetto.
It was really hot when we were in Krakow, so the air condionner came in very useful. The room is a bit on the small size but we managed to place evrything and make the space functionnal.
The breakfast was OK.
All in all, this a really nice little hotel and the price is good.

Fantastic stay! hotel was in a Brilliant location literally 5 minutes walk into the centre square. The hotel organised day trips to both the salt mines and Auschwitz with direct pick up outside the hotel entrance, no hidden fees. Very curious, helpful and well spoken staff, would definitely stay again!
