The church is somewhat plain on the outside so you are not prepared for the drama and beauty of the ornate gold alter inside - it is absolutely stunning and worth seeing!

This church is completely undersold in the guide books and has to be seen to be believed, amazing interior. Never have I seen so much gold in one place!

This is in the old Jewish district and a bit out of the way, considering how close together most of the other major Krakow attractions are, but absolutely worth it! The church was recommended on Rick Steves' TV show, so I walked over to it, about a 20 minute walk from Old Town. I would rate this right up there with St. Mary's in its own way! And there was almost no one there, so it was a very relaxing visit. The neighborhood felt safe (I was a solo female traveler), and I enjoyed seeing a different part of the city. This is a must-see stop if you have a couple of days in Krakow and time to get out of the Old Town!

Surprisingly large and tall from the outside. On the inside a much earlier original church overplayed with Baroque fitments and decorations. Spectacular use of gold and building. Wonderful boat shaped pulpit. Unusual 'choir' stalls and crucifix suspended from the roof. You won't be disappointed.

On a tour of Krakow? Then you must visit the most beautiful Church of the Corpus Christi, just outside the Jewish quarter. All the Churches in Krakow are magnificent, but this Church is breathtakingly beautiful. A very spiritual place to spend a few hours or a few minutes in admiration
