This hotel is a very good choice in Krakow. Location is perfect - just a little walk to the Rynek Główny (the main square in Krakow) and to the Wawel. Service was excellent everywhere (reception, bar, breakfast etc.). The breakfast was very enjoyable. The rooms were very nice and stylish. We really loved this hotel!

Huge rooms. Kinda oldfashioned TV though but it was alright. Town square is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel and Krakow itself is a beautiful city. Service was good, breakfast was nice. Radisson Blu hotels dont surprise me anymore, they are always perfect.

Room Tip: I think all of the rooms are great, but I personally had the yard view and it was quiet.

We picked the Radisson Blu for our first night in Krakow because we wanted a somewhat modern hotel as we present the special challenge of needing wheelchair-accesible rooms. We were not dissapointed. The reservations made directly with hotel via email were well handled; all emails were addressed expeditiously. We arrived at the hotel early afternoon and were directed to our rooms right away. The wheelchair-accesible room was large with a roll-in shower and ample room to move around. Clean, quiet, the Wi-fi worked well. We noticed that twin beds in Poland are sort of "slim", this was no exception, but overall, we were very comfortable. Parking was about 20 Euros/day, good value. Breakfast was good, nothing remarkable, but fresh and varied. The Front Desk staff needs to be a little more welcoming, we noticed they processed guests as if they were still under a communist regime...a little smile goes a long way. Other lobby attendants were in contrasts very welcoming and a service with a smile was a nice change from the Front Desk experience. An extra pillow in the room would had been nice. An extra elevator on the south side of the hotel lobby would also be nice as there is one elevator and some of the rooms can be quite a walk from it. Great location. I would stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room closer to elevator.

My wife and I were on a tour (Warsaw, Krakow, Budapest & Prague) and in Krakow, we stayed at the Radisson. It is good but I expected better. The location was excellent as it was within walking distance to the Town Square which has all the action. The hotel was of a very modern motif which is fine but our room was very small. We were there for two nights. I requested a room change but none was available for the first night so it was not worth the effort to change for the second night. The breakfast buffet was OK. The restaurant was indoors. We prefer eating outdoors. Also, our room location was a very long walk from the elevators.

We wanted to go low risk when we booked the Radisson. We were happy with our choice. Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is in proximity to the main attractions. Nothing negative to report. If you are looking for charme and a special experience you are at the wrong place, as this - not surprisingly - has all the attributes of a big chain / business hotel. 5 stars are relative I guess compaired to local competition.

Due to an early arrival in Krakow we could not stay in our Tour hotel. Our travel agent hurridly made arrangements at the Radisson Blu and emailed us the booking. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality this hotel held, in service, rooms and restaurant. It is ideally located on the edge of the Old Town making it walking distance to different staores and Wawel castle.
Definitely a 4 star ! I will be recommending this hotel.

We booked a 3-days package with hotel and flight on internet, without breakfast. Very good hotel, solid 4 star in our opinion.
Excellent location. Room was quite OK, quiet and a good quality bed. Friendly staff. We had our breakfast just around the corner of the hotel entrance (50 meters away), which was good and at a fraction of the hotel price.
We will reccommend this hotel to our friends.
