Stayed here for 3 nights in January. The location is ok, about ten minutes walk from the main square. Taxi from the airport cost a reasonable 79zl each way.
Despite arriving around 10am, the receptionist checked us in immediately which was great. The room was a good size and had comfortable beds.
Tea and coffee was provided in the room, but there was no milk. A supermarket is located opposite the hotel where we purchased some milk. Interestingly, the cups provided were the disposable paper variety.
Breakfast had a good selection of food. The cooked buffet featured three different sausage! My only comment was that the bacon was hardly touched and often ended up becoming dry.
Used the pool once. This was quite cold, but definitely warmer than the wintry weather outside!
Overall, a good stay and I'd definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Krakow for business or leisure.More
