I will start my review saying that Krakow is a must-visit city, specially nice in December, with the Christmas Markets. Once said this, Campanile Krakow is a really good choice. Why? Good price, very good located (5 minute walk from the bus/train station, walking distance from city centre and sightseeing (but in a quiet corner, very important), modern hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. All you can ask for a great stay in beautiful Krakow.

Very good hotel in a road just north of of old square. Quiet room at back. Cannot fault anything but not much more to say. Will ramble on just for the sake of it. Bath instead of shower which was very welcome. Free computer use in the lobby. Is in a very good road for restaurants. Would recommend the Milk Bar in same street for cheap Polish cooking.

Good budget hotel with great location. Room was quite big and clean, bed was comfortable.
We didnt have our breakfast at the hotel as there are much better and cheaper places in Krakow when you can get nice coffee and something to eat.
We found the young gentelmen at the reception quite rude!!
I would recommend this hotel for a short stay only.

Very good location. In Old Town but easy to walk to from the airport train. Walk to market square. Breakfast was good if not a little pricy(spoiled American with free breakfast being normal). Room is bare bones but a good size. The bed was nice and the internet was good and that is all we needed

this was a return visit to the Campanile and it was as I remember it: clean and efficient and a great location - see other reviews about the proximity to much of interest in and around the town centre. The downside of this is the late night crowds can be quite noisy.

The hotel was very busy while I was there and guests included a large group of French teenagers, and another of Polish retirees - all perfectly friendly and polite but it made for an interesting time at the buffet breakfast, even at 6.30am.

I had some problems gaining access to wifi, but rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel offers very good value.
