My friend and I stayed at the Wyspianski for three nights - it was a great location for the centre of Krakow and was also a pick up point for Cracow Tours (very convenient if you want to visit Auschwitz or do other day tours). We had booked a cheaper twin room but on arrival, there were none available and so we got a room upgrade for free! The room was spacious and comfortable (although the enormous pillows took some getting used to) and was located at the front of the hotel, with a balcony. The service on reception was excellent and all staff spoke English. I was very impressed with the variety of the breakfast too - almost too much to choose from (although my travelling partner wasn't so keen). I would definitely stay here again - great location, great service, great room, tasty breakfast and an absolute bargain (£75 each for three nights).

Room Tip: Choose a quiet room at the back - unless you want a balcony, in which case, ask for a room at the front.

This hotel is in a great location. 5 minutes and you are at the main square of Krakow. Restaurants and shops are everywhere you look. The hotel itself is clean and pleasant. The lobby is spacious. The lovely ladies at the front desk were pleasant to the sight and sound. The room was clean but very small. The bed small but comfy. The internet was fast and free. The breakfast 30 zlotys but not bad. Enjoyed stayed.

My wife and I stay here for 1 night while in Krakow. Nice for a budget hotel. Our room had 2 twin beds that were separated, but that didn't bother us. Room was clean, wifi worked great, and breakfast was plentiful!

Room Tip: My wife is disabled and you must ask for a room near the reception as some disabled rooms are a long walk away. No wheelchairs are available.

Reasonably priced city centre hotel. Strange arrangement of beds in a single or twin room - foot to foot rather than the traditional side by side - but this presents no problems
Situated 10 mins from central station, 10 mins from Stare Meisto & town squares
Lovely shower, polite staff, smooth efficient checkin & out
Didn't have time to try breakfast

This hotel is in a great location for the main square. The hotel is clean free wifi, spacious and functional. The room had two single beds in a top to toe formation rather than side to side.
Rooms had Small bathroom but good shower, towels new everyday.Breakfast wasnt to our taste but if you like, salad, meats , cheese, jams, cakes, breads, fish, eggs your on to a winner, Lovely English tea and good coffee. Nice little hotel bar with good friendly staff. Reception very helpful.
Not sure why the bad reviews ( must just like to moan) yes the outside doesnt look anything special but we didnt come to look at hotels. For the price and location its a winner. I didnt give it 5 starts as i dont want to misled you into thinking its a palace its not but its more than adequate.

Room Tip: Lower floor room at the back of the hotel deemed the quietest although it backs on to the bus park and if they are warming upthat can be noisy. I didnt effect our stay
