Location faultless. Next to old town and right next to transport.
Rooms spacious enough but shower facility dated.
Other facilities fair but no fridge, tea & coffee facilities nor air conditioning
Window coverings insufficient for east facing rooms.

Dear Sirs,,

thank you for your opinion. We do not have air condition in the standard part, we do have in the Premium and Superior rooms, which are more expensive. There is no fridge in 3*** hotels in Poland. Also tea & coffee facilieties are in the Premium, Superior and Lux rooms or are on request in the reception. I hope that you will also choose our hotel during your next trip to Cracow.

Kind regards,

Nice small hotel, which is very good for it's price and friendly service.
Breakfast was nice and you will always find what to eat here. Also location of the hotel is one of the best. Very near to the Market place, nicest restaurants and shopping of course. From the hotel it is also very easy to get everywhere, you will get a taxi in about 5 min from the hotel reception. I can recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed for 2 nights and thought this hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but very clean, beds are very comfortable. There is some noise from the trams from around 5.30 but you have to balance this against the great central location, you can walk to the main market square and castle within minutes. Recommend for a short break and we are thinking about going to Krakow again. I would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed there in September 2012. It's a 10 minute downhill walk from the main train station/bus station and the Krakow Galeria shopping mall. The walk to the station is tough though going uphill. It's a 10 minute walk to the main square and the center of town. Several trams run right outside the front of the hotel, but since we were in the Jazz section on the back of the hotel, we heard little tram noise. Our room description was for a room with a king size bed, but our room 223 had a full size bed at best. The room was a very unusual shape and it was difficult to use the chairs in the room because of the shape. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and so was the bathroom, the air conditioning worked well, and the room had everything we needed. Since the tap water in Krakow isn't drinkable, a bottle of water was provided daily. The TV had BBC and CNN in English. Breakfast was good in the mornings, but we tried the hotel restaurant one rainy evening and the food was just okay. The service was very good and pleasant though. We would stay there again. The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport for us for 80 PLN, about $25, reasonable price.

Room Tip: Stay in the Jazz rooms on the back of the hotel. They are quieter and away from the trams.

We stayed 3 nights in the Best Western Old Town, and it more than met our expectations.
The location was ideally situated 5 minutes walk from the main square, opposite the park that surrounds the old town. Our room was large, clean and nicely decorated. We had tea and coffee making facilites and complementary bottled water. The room was fairly quiet with only the odd rumbling off a tram going past. The whole hotel looked clean, well cared for and had obviously been fairly recently decorated.

The breakfast was ok, pretty much what you'd expect for a 3 star and defiantely catered more to the polish guests (no toaster until our last morning).

The staff spoke excellent english and were very helpful, especially on our last day when our airport transfer was half an hour late and they helped sort it out for us.

We were more than happy with our hotel choice for the money we paid.

A modern Hotel in the outskirts of Kracow easy to get to by bus from City Centre,a few minutes walk to the bus stop bus no.130 takes you into the City Centre get off at the Barbican and walk through the City walls carry on straight lots of restaurants and bars etc. This takes you down to the Square the largest in Europe where there are lots of jewellery shops selling amber rings etc.
The hotel is quiet and the breakfast is not to bad,if you want something for lunch there is nothing so you have to go to City Centre.Eating in the evening at the hotel can be expensive so would suggest you go to City Centre,by bus it cost 3.20zl per half hour.Taxi cost 25/28zl.

Room Tip: There is not much of a view from the rooms, but we were only there to sleep.

We are just back after 4 nights in Krakow. This hotel was ideally situated, making most attractions within easy walking distance. The standard rooms are very, very small but spotlessly clean and having a comfortable bed and pillows. Disappointed no tea/coffee in the rooms (but I always take small travel kettle etc just in case this happens!). The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful- organising trips, taxi and so on. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection of cheeses, breads, juices, fruits, cereals and so on. This was our second trip to Krakow and last time we stayed in the Jewish quarter but if we return we would definitely use the Best Western again. The only negative thing is only one English channel on TV but really this is not a complaint.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back are a little quieter, The trams at the front are very noisy. We asked and got room...
