This Hotel is a good Hotel in the area that we wished to be in, i.e. Jewish Quarter. It was atmospheric and cosy. The staff were very helpful and the rooms very clean. The rooms we had were not over big but we went on a "deal" so were more than adequate. It is obviously not on a par, with for example, the Holiday Inn, but were very warm and the bathrooms were large and but it is personable and welcoming. This is the type of Krackow we wanted to experience. Hotel staff tried to help and inform us at very turn - could not have been more helpful. They had two Taxi drivers called Marc and Stan (who were brothers) who were excellent and spoke excellent English, and had a 6 seater V.W. and took us around to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines and collected us and took us back to the airport, I organised the airport collection initially through an e -mail with the hotel - again dealt with very professionally and all worked out well. Hotel desk also organised our trip for 6 people in a heated golf buggy around the whole of the city which was very good value and helped us get our bearings on the first day. They just organised this by making a phone call and the buggy arrived 10 mins later. Centrally heated with blankets and an English recorded message.
If I went back I would certainly stay here again. Depends what you are looking for - if you want complete and utter luxury - then don't stay here - but if you want value for money, the atmosphere of the Jewish Quarter and delightful helpful people - then do stay here. This is how to experience the genuine Poland. Can get a tram to the Renek Glowny Square (3 stops) or a 20 mins walk. I rate it.

Dear Guest,
Thank you very much for your wonderful review. In our opinion a hotel should offer its guests not only a place to sleep. That is why at RT Regent we help our guests to organize transfers, tours, concerts and also some special requests. We are very happy when we read so many positives about our work. Thank you once again.
Kind regards

I had an overall excellent experience staying at the
Regent Hotel. The hotel itself was extremely clean with my room being tidied every morning and stocked with lovely fresh clean towels. The breakfast was tasty and the staff could not be any more helpful (especially when coming in late at night after the clubs close!). Tours are available through the hotel and there are lots of shops and nice little bars around the area. Fantastic. Hope to stay there again soon!

Hetherington-
My husband and myself stayed for a long weekend, early november at the Regent. Wonderful situation 5min to lots of restaurants, coffee shops and daily market (a must on sundays)
Brilliant all round, staff couldn't do enough for you. Room spotless with large bathroom, clean towels daily. Kettle with tea/coffee/biscuits for small fee. We had small problem with bathroom light but was fixed immediately.
Staff organised 3 separate tours for us (Auschwitz, saltmine and city tour) all amazing and must do, all picked up by minibus from hotel. Auschwitz very emotional but so well done with excellent very well informed guide. .Would certainly recommend the whole experience. Was not aware of a swimming pool or fitness centre that features below in ratings.

Room Tip: Back rooms away from front street. 2nd floor Was not aware of swimming pool or fitness centre

Dear Guest,
Thank you for choosing RT Regent for your weekend break. We are so pleased that you enjoyed our location, rooms and most importantly, our staff. The Salt Mine in Wieliczka and Auschwitz Birkenau are obligatory trips when you visiting Krakow. Other interesting places are Zakopane, Czestochowa and Wadowice. We hope you will give us the chance to organize another tours for you in the future.

Dear Guest,
Thank you very much for your nice review. We are honored to be in the 1st place on your list of hotels in Krakow. It is true that the zoo is worth to see. It is a great attraction especially for children as they can stroke and feed the ponies, miniature rabbits, guinea pigs, turtles, goats and donkeys.

Read the reviews of this hotel, so went with mixed feelings.
The staff were friendly and so helpfull, our room was at the back, so no noise at all.
Our room was big with plenty of storage, the bathroom was big and spotless, towels were changed everyday and room was cleaned.
Hired a kettle, but that came with tea-bags, coffee, sugar & milk and replenished every day.
Hairdrier provided and used a safe box at reception free of charge.
The breakfasts were good. Fruit juice, cerial, bread & rolls, (toaster there), cheese, cold meat, salad, yogurts, hot sausage and scrambled eggs with ham, tea, coffee, fresh fruit, everything you wanted and as much as you could eat. The lady who looked after us at breakfast is called Asha,
she was so helpful and was on the go the whole time, but always friendly and looked to enjoy her job as were all the staff from the front desk to the ladys who looked after the rooms. Well done all of you.
Krakow is an amazing place, too much to see over four days, must go back.
The Old Town is full of history and a visit to the Castle is a must.
The resturants are varied and plenty, it is so cheap to eat there and so is the drink.
For the ladies, leave all your clothes at home and just SHOP.
Will be going back and will also be staying at the Regent Hotel.

Room Tip: I believe it can be noisy at the peak season, so a room the the back is better
