This hotel was clean, quiet and excellent value. Central enough without the price tag. The staff were welcoming, helpful and polite. The breakfast was second to none, a fabulous continental style including cooked polish food through to mediterranean style. With yoghurt, fruits and bread..something for everyone. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wiuld definitely return.

Room Tip: The street is noisy, ask for an internal room...not much of a view but quiet

I couldn't have been more thrilled when I checked into this hotel. The location is, to me, in the best area of Krakow. Surrounded by lovely, unusual bars (there's a good one next door) and ideal for all the sightseeing you could want. Our room was huge and quiet. We were courteously advised that there was a wedding on the Saturday night and to expect noise but we did not hear a thing. Breakfast is a relaxing affair with plenty of tables and lots of choice. Krakow is a beautiful city and we visited primarily to experience Auschwitz but I would happily go back to Krakow as it is beautiful and unique.
It's a huge shame about the numerous stag parties which try hard to ruin the city. I don't really understand why they come other than the beer is exceptionally cheap. The city has a sad and profound history which is incongruous with a lads weekend and almost inappropriate. But that's me!!
The staff in the hotel are friendly and professional. You won't regret a booking here, I promise you. Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on a city trip to Krakow.
It was immaculately clean but needed bringing up to date as it was a little tired.
Breakfast was very good with an excellent choice which would suit most tastes.
It is in a fabulous district which is classed as "The Jewish Quarter" it has a wealth of great eating places, cafes and bars, most of them very reasonably priced.
Don't expect a bijou hotel because, that it is not, but if you want a good value place to stay with lovely attentive staff you won't go far wrong.

Room Tip: Their is an annex but the main hotel is very quiet on the upper floors.

This hotel is a small, personal hotel -- ideally situated 2-3 blocks from the main square. The staff are unusually warm and friendly and offer excellent advice on where to go and what to see. While not ultra modern, the rooms are comfortable and quiet. Don't expect much from the breakfasts -- but they're enough to get you going in the morning. For me, it was the location and the staff that made my stay here an enormous pleasure. You'll love Krakow, which is a small, vibrant, walkable city, and you'll find that the staff reflects the city to a tee.

I stayed with a group in May in this hotel, which is three star. It is located in the Jewish Quarter of Krakow and convenient for walking to all the main tourist attractions.

The bedrooms are spacious and clean, if a little old fashioned.

The Hotel only provides bed and breakfast, but there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The staff are friendly and helpful.

The only downside is that trams run outside even at night and are quite noisy.

Having said that it is amazing value for money, I would definitely stay there again

Just returned from 3 days in crakow with my teenage daughter. This hotel is in the perfect position for seeing this wonderful city. 10 minutes walk from the grandeur of the old town, whilst sitting nicely on the vibrant and atmospheric Jewish district. The value for money was superb. This is a clean, welcoming and efficiently run hotel. My favourite hotel, not just in Cracow but in Europe.

In an excellent location for both the jewish quarter and the city square. Excellent breakfast withnlos of choice. Hotel is generally quite dark due to limited windows. Reasonably priced. Very clean. Good sized room with excellent maid service. Staff not overly friendly but ok. Would stay there again.
