This boutique hotel is in a great spot close to everything yet on a quiet street. Krakow can get a bit loud so finding this hotel was a treat. The front desk staff was wonderful and always ready to be helpful. The room was large with a small fridge which really came in handy.. I look forward to staying in Hotel Wawel when I return to Krakow. Thanks again for making my week long stay an enjoyable one

I very much enjoyed the times I have spent here in Poland, and this hotel was beyond my expectations. A very quite place in a nice part of the city. Friendly staff, new rooms, I am very happe to recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative but beautiful accomodation!

The hotel is in a very quiet position but also only a few minutes walk to the main square. The rooms were spacious and clean. Some nice touches included - free water both left in the room and machines to use around the hotel; free wi fi; free coffee/herbal tea in a room called the orangery on the 1st floor. Buffet breakfast ok, but nothing special - however, overall the good things + position far outweighed the not very exciting breakfast. Various restaurants on the same street including a Polish one where the sign looks like a raspberry which was very good.

This is a great hotel in a perfect location. Stayed here with my partner and one other who booked a single room, when we checked in he was given a large double room next to ours on the 4th floor, which was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were large a nicely decorated and warm, a big bed but was actually two beds pushed together which was a little disappointing. No mini bar and tea and coffee but there is a free coffee machine on the 1st floor as well as a water cooler. Free wifi in the room. Not many English language channels other than sport or BBC World news. This is not usually a problem as i dont go on holiday to watch TV, but as i spent a whole day in bed feeling sorry for myself after one too many vodkas the night before, it would have been nice.

Breakfast was nice and there were a few choices, fruit, cereal, eggs, sausages, cheese and breads. You could have also asked for toast and bacon etc.

Hotel is on a nice quiet back street about a 5 minute walk from the market square. There's also a really nice Polish restaurant on the corner of that street. As well as a Mexican place that came recommended but we didn't try it. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the castle and about 20 minutes walk from Glowny train and bus station.

This a great hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Stayed here for four nights in March. Warm, comfortable quality small hotel.
Excellent jacuzzi after a day on your feet. hotel very close to the Market Square, about 6/7 mins. walk. Good selection of offerings for breakfast on a help your self style but don't expect a full English! Would definitely stay again here..
