Don't miss the bugler! He's there every hour in the tower. Watch him wave.

The interior is definitely worth taking time to see.

Probably the most famous Polish Church after Jasna Gora in Czestochowa. You can stand for hours in front of the main alter created by Vit Stwosz in 15 century and you will not be able to fully comprehend the unbelievably artistry and technique that took to create this masterpiece. For anyone religious, it is a wonderful place to pray and meditate.

I'm not really a church goer, but as i was there I popped in. Was somewhat disappointed to find I had to pay to enter, but once inside all moans were forgotten.
The ceiling is quite simply spectacular, the windows are beautiful and the entire building is stunning.
The peace and quiet inside is a marked difference from the bustling main square of Krakow just yards away, and the tranquility inside gives you the time and the ability to soak in the atmosphere of this incredible building.
Even if you aren't a church goer, or have a particular interest in architecture, this church really is worth half an hour of your time.
Minor gripes, paying to get in and having to pay for a ticket to take pictures.

Wonderful church very beautiful decorations. Look out for the guy who pops out at the top playing a bugle and waving worth the wait to see him. If you join the free walking tour all will be explained.
