We happened on Krakow Trip by chance whilst waiting for a bus at the airport. They were so helpful we used them everyday on our 4 day Krakow visit, they were friendly, honest and always prompt - we will definitely use them next time - Thank you Konrad and Jacek.

I was invited to a wedding in Krakow and visited there in late August 2013. The wedding couple were Irish as were all the guests. The bride's family had visited Poland many times and had contacted Jacek to pick us up at the airport. He arrived promptly with two mini buses and before we knew it he had all our luggage loaded and we were quickly transported to our hotels in the City. Our driver gave us a brief history of the city and its ancient walls, now replaced by a beautifully kept line of parks which mark the boundary of the old part of the city.
Jacek's team was available again to take us to the wedding and then later on to sightseeing trips such as the Auschwitz - Birkenau concentration camps. Our transport, admission fees, organisation of English speaking tour guides and general helpfulness was all handled efficiently by our friendly driver (Patrick) and it made our day trips very satisfying. Getting to the airport for the journey home was not a problem either as a phone call to Jacek was all that was needed. He and his team all speak English and are very willing to provide information on what is best to do while in Krakow. It was my very first visit to Poland and it was a pleasure to be there.
If I may offer a little advice on visiting the Auschwitz sites - wear good walking shoes; bring a pack lunch; cameras are allowed but the use of flash is restricted.
I also visited the Salt Mines and they were very impressive. Krakow and its surrounding areas have a lot to offer to anyone wishing to experience the variety and beauty of Poland.

Have just returned from a short break to Krakow, it was the first time my friend and I had visited Krakow and will not be the last. Our trip started with Jacek picking us up from the airport and taking us to our hotel near the square giving us some of the history as we went. Next day his son Konrad took us to Auschwitz arranging guides tickets etc and waited around to bring us back to the hotel, all too soon it was time for our flight home and there again was Konrad to take us to the airport bang on time. I cannot praise him enough, all our travel, pick up arrangements were made prior to our arrival on the recommendation of some friends ,who had used this service before, and they were not wrong the service and friendship all helped to make our visit a smooth and very enjoyable one which I would recommend happily.

We went on white water rafting on the river Dunajec in the Pieniny Mountains. The whole trip was delightful and excellent and worthwhile. Transportation from Krakow was luxurious and timely and our guide was well informed and very courteous. We enjoyed the whole trip and our young teens were sad when it was over. The sights were magnificent. We took many pictures and we are still in the process of organizing them. Our flisak, the mountaineer, explained to us all the surroundings in a very humorous way. We were driven back to Krakow in the same comfortable van, happy and a little sad that this one day trip was over!

Krakow Trip were a very good choice for our visit. We had hassle free travel during our stay and for our visits to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines. Konrad was a charming and thorough guide. He took care of all the tickets, tour guides, etc while we waited in the shade with a cuppa. I cannot praise his work enough - it certainly helped towards the success of our trip to Krakow.
