Our driver, Bartek was lovely. Superb English and a very nice guy. I did find the assurance of a 'private tour' misleading however. Knowing nothing of tours at Auschwitz and the salt mines, I asked what the difference in price between this company and many others is and was assured that it is because it is a private tour. However, only the transportation is private, the tours will always be in big groups by a tour operator working at the museum, not the tour company. There was also a misunderstanding about what was included in the tour and whether the price included lunch etc so it ended up being more expensive and not worth the difference. I would recommend booking a group tour as the vast majority of the day will be in a big group regardless.
