We recently stayed at the Queen Boutique Hotel. We drove to Krakow and were able to park right in front. We fed the meter but it was no biggie. The hotel is beautiful. Located close to the Jewish District and about a fifteen minute walk to the main square. A little noisy if you get a room on the street side. Request a room on the garden side. Overall though it was great. Two thumbs up!!!

Dear Guests,

Thank you very much for your opinion. I’m very glad you enjoyed your stay, honestly. I’m sure you booked one of our classic rooms and these are located on the front side, instead Wawel View Deluxe rooms are located on the back and the rear view is outstanding – the Castle and orchard.
Anyway, I hope you’ll visit us again. And for next time you should definitely try to book the deluxe room .

Best regards,

Really lovely hotel with beautiful rooms with comfy beds and nice toiletries. Excellent breakfast, there was so much choice of hot and cold (even bubbly if you want to start the day with a bucks fizz) The location is excellent as it is between the old town and the Jewish Quarter, Kazimierz, which is a must for anyone visiting Krakow. We found it less touristy with a great atmosphere full of great bars and restaurants and little shops. Plac Nowy is amazing, you must try one of the french bread pizzas they serve in the centre of the square - delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow and would stay there again if I get the chance to go back. Oh and the staff were great too.

The Queens Hotel consistently came up with great reviews and the hotel did not let us down!

Its in a great location, the building is newly refurbished and with very modern decor, which is extremely stylish and the most brilliant value for a hotel of this quality.

Its surrounded by slightly shabby buildings but we would expect this up and coming area to improve in the next few years

but its in a perfect location for the main square and the jewish district which is full of excellent restaurants and bars and is less than 5 mins walk from the hotel

The staff are friendly and helpful, the buffet style breakfast was gorgeous with a huge choice of delicious food plus a hot food option to order also!

Dont miss the Schindler museum, its one of the best I have been too.
Dont miss the castle its beautiful inside and out.
Dont miss the square as its also immaculate [not a scrap of litter!!] with lots of cafes around the perimeter
The golf buggies are brilliant for familiarising yourself with the city and its sites do not miss taking one.

We loved Krakov and cant wait to go back.

I hate to spoil a great review but a few tiny points regarding our room which would make it even better for hardly any expense on the hotels part!

1. provide a small litter bin in the main room

2. fit a dimmer switch to the main central light which is so bright it hurts your eyes!!! and you need it on sometimes as the small bedside lamps as so dim!!

3. No hooks in the bathroom to hang your wet towels up

4. The bed could do with a mattress topper to make it a bit softer but I guess thats personal!!
and very picky!

Sorry Hotel!!
but we still loved it!! and will deffo recommend to all our friends and family! and would not stay anywhere else if we come back to Krakov!

Room Tip: definitely go for the rooms overlooking the castle with balcony nos 17 or 18 perfect!

Recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, despite a few hiccups with our room at the beginning this is a lovely place to stay. I booked a delux room with Wawel Castle view, - double - although when we went to our room they had arranged twin beds. Hotel advised that the booking they received was twins beds - not consistent with my booking and confirmation. This spoiled the champagne that we had arranged to be waiting in our room for us. However views and balcony in room amazing. Food in Amaryllis was lovely and setting very nice. Also had a treatment each in the spa which was great and hotel arranged a tour to Auschwitz for us. Will def stay here again and highly recommend this hotel but book a Wawel Castle view - absolutely stunning.

Room Tip: Room with a view

What can I say hotel great, location great staff fantastic. Still at hotel and sorry to be leaving. Could have stayed for longer to see town. First time doing review and feel that we all enjoyed it so much that I had to leave comments. Irish bar next to square is well worth a visit. Food was amazing.

The Queen Boutique Hotel is a modernly furnished and very clean hotel. The staff is very helpful in suggesting restaurants and they arranged a very reasonably priced and very good tour to Auschwitz. My only complaint was that the airconditioning was a bit weak which resulted in us having to leave the windows open much of the night with some resulting noise from the street. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the Central Square. If you are driving your own car, parking is best at a private car park suggested by the hotel about 4 blocks away. The cost of parking is very reasonable. Everything in Krakow is very reasonably priced. Very good restaurants are plentiful and very reasonably priced, including the highly rated Amarylis Restaurant in the hotel (separate review). The breakfast is also very good and includes "to order" items in addition to the buffet.
