We booked this hotel solely on other tripadvisor reviews and I'm pleased to say that were not disappointed. In fact this is one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed at although if you are looking for something traditional then it might not be the best place for you as this hotel was very modern inside.

The hotel was very easy to find although you really wouldn't notice it if you were walking by. It was a very short walk to the old town (Market Square, shops and Wavel) and just across the road from the Jewish quarter. Trams and buses were also less than 1 minute away. The reception was spotless and the staff very friendly. Wifi was also free through the hotel.

We stayed in room no.7 which was a decent sized room (very clean) with a very comfortable bed, desk and tv. The bathroom was also immaculate with a walk in power shower which was difficult to drag myself out of in the morning. It was also perhaps the most quiet hotel I have ever stayed in so we slept amazingly well. We were facing towards the garden area at the back though- it's possible the rooms at the front might have more noise from the street.

Breakfast was excellent and had a decent selection of everything you could want- be it traditional Polish breakfast (sliced meat, sausages, cheese, eggs), regular continental (pastry, cereal etc) or traditional English (eggs, beans, sausages and bacon). We certainly stocked up for the day!

It cost us around £90 per night through expedia which we thought was great value considering how good the hotel was. There was also a spa that looking amazing but unfortunately we didn't have the time to use it although we definitely will next time.

Room Tip: We were in room 7 which was on the first at the end of the corridor and overlooking the gardens. A c...

Dear Guest,

I’m delighted to read such a grate opinion about our hotel! Thank you so much for have spent your time on writing it.
I’m really glad you liked the hotel. I’m aware that the location is one of the most important factors in overall opinion about the hotel, and I have to admit it is excellent indeed. The hotel is very central, within easy walking distance of the Old Town as well as the heart of Old Jewish District.
It’s nice to know that you enjoyed the breakfast and you had an opportunity to try all its types.
Once again, thank you very much for your feedback. I hope you will visit as again very soon. We will welcome you with a bottle of good wine, as you are on our loyalty list now.
Best regards,
Izabela Przetocka

Just spent five days at this hotel and we are very satisfied with our choice of hotel based on previous TA reviews. Would highly recommend the hotel to family and friends and should we return to the city we would not hesitate to stay here.

The location is perfect for all areas of the city. The breakfast is first class. The beds are comfortable. The room was spotless. The bathroom had a great shower with a good selection of toiletries plus nice fluffy bathrobes and underfloor heating. We had a room at the front of the hotel but the noise was minimal due to the double glazing.

To top all of this though all the members of staff were first class too. They all went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay. Thank you all very much.

This hotel is in a great location, around 15 minutes walk to the main square. The breakfast is wonderful, so many options! The staff couldn't be more helpful. We also booked the Salt Mines and Auschwitz/ Birkenau via the hotel which was well organised. Since returning home we have recommended the hotel to family and friends who have since stayed at the Queen Boutique and also thought very highly of it.

Just back from 3 nights and loved every second. Had room 15 at rear with side view of the orchard. No traffic noise - total peace. Room fabulously kitted out with full tea making facilities including bottled water. Just needed milk. Breakfast was great choice & plenty of it. Reception staff were second to none. About 10 min walk to Old Town but right facing Jewish Quarter. Really didnt want to leave & starting saving to go back again soon.

Have just returned from our second visit to this hotel and, yet again, not disappointed. Staff are more than helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. No shortage of choice for breakfast, which was delicious and caters for all tastes. We decided to try the restaurant on our last evening and wished we had tried it before. Food was to the usual high standard of the Queen Boutique. We had a room to the front of the hotel this time. Although you could hear some noise from the roadway, it was not too bad. Great location for both the Main Square and the Jewish Quarters. On both occasions we have arrange with the hotel for airport transfers. Driver and vehicle is of high standard. We will be returning again. Thank you again to the staff etc for a most memorable and enjoyable stay.

Room Tip: Rooms to the rear will be quieter
