From the moment we were picked up from the airport by Paul we knew our stay would be pleasing.
At the hotel all the staff are courteous and happy to help out with any queries or concerns you may have, not that there were any with the latter.
Our room overlooked an orchard at the back which was very pretty and peaceful; the room itself was cleaned every day spotlessly.
There is a good selection of foods available at breakfast with the additional option of ordering hot foods.
If you have a chance to have dine in the hotel you will not be disappointed; we had dinner at the hotel on our first evening and were not disappointed, the food is fresh and well presented.
The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the city with most places within short walking distance. The hotel will organise any tours/ excursions you wish to do with pick up from the hotel lobby.
I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Wow, what a fantastic hotel, everything from the from the room, to the restaurant, to the most helpful, friendliest staff of any hotel i've been in was just spot on.

The location is ideal for exploring this gorgeous city with the City centre (the old quarter) just a leisurely 15 min stroll away and Kazimierz literally over the road.

As someone before said the road the hotel is on does look a bit run down but you can see work is ongoing and never once did we feel worried about walking down it.

As I've said in the title, if you're going to Krakow do yourself a favour and stay at this gem of a hotel. We certainly will be next time we visit.

Room Tip: As everyone else says, try and get a room at the back facing Wawel Castle, it's like you're...

We stayed here for 5 nites. I picked it as I thought it looked the nicest hotel in Cracow. I wasn't disappointed.

The staff were lovely and very friendly. I'd asked for a room on the top floor away from the elevator and this is what I got. The room was really nice - a decent size with a comfy bed.
The bathroom is a good size too. It also has a fridge

The breakfast is also very good - there is a few hot dishes you can order. Go down early as it got a wee bit busy one day at 9am - the poor lads were run off their feet - and they were running out of everything.

Only 8 mins from the main square and 2 mins from the jewish quarter. So in a good location.
There is a wee pub right across the road and a supemarket 2 mins up the main street.

We got the train into Cracow - only about 12 pzl each and walked from the station - only about a 20 mins walk. We got the hotel taxi back to the airport. With a tip this was about 100 plz (80 plz without tip I think)

Would I stay here again - YES

Room Tip: Only 28 rooms I think - I don't think there is a bad room

This was our first visit to Krakow and hopefully not our last. My husband and I enjoyed my birthday break staying at the Queen Boutique Hotel. Our first impressions were good and it just got better. The staff couldn't do enough for us, were very polite, friendly and helpful advising us oh how to maximise our stay. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The restaurant was excellent with a good menu, service and lovely wine! The breakfasts were wonderful and even opened early so we could catch our flight home on a full stomach. We didn't have time to try the spa which would have helped our aching limbs after walking down hundreds of steps in the salt mine and the tour round Auswitch 1 and 2. The afternoon tea was lovely to come back to so we could be ready to go walkabout in the evenings. The hotel is very well situated for walking to the centre of town and the Jewish quarter. Thanks for making our trip special!

My friend Sandra Moralee and I have just returned from our Krakow city break, staying in this modern boutique hotel. We received excellent service from the friendly and efficient staff. Our room was lovely, breakfasts superb, tea available all day (most welcome after exhausting sightseeing!), and we had two very good dinners in the hotel restaurant. (Try the veal). We would definitely stay there again and can thoroughly recommend it. Furthermore its position is good - a pleasant walk to both the old town and the Jewish quarter. We found a lovely garden cafe in the Jewish quarter near the square, namely the Artur Witkowski Garden Cafe, where we could sit in the late afternoon with a carafe of wine and discuss the day! Also to be recommended.

Room Tip: We had room 15 which was very quiet as it overlooked fields. Possibly the rooms at the front of the...
