Went here on a recent trip to Krakow. It was interesting in several ways. It is in the sort of business district, so slightly out of centre - you really need a cab to find it. It has a very unprepossessing doorway and you go down stairs to get in. To be honest if we hadn't booked we would have walked straight past - it does not look at all appealing. Inside has been done nicely but it has zero atmosphere - it is a sterile business lunch sort of place. They have just got it wrong.
Service was very good and helpful. Food was pretty good and slightly different. Deserts are magnificently presented with spun sugar and Heston Blumenthal type gastro techniques - but they are tasteless and all the gimmicks don't add up to much. Wine once again very expensive.
This place could be great but it needs work. And also needs a few fewer staff I would suggest - there were loads of them for about 4 covers on a weekend night - all kind of lined up cause they couldn't wait for us to leave so they could close.
I might go back - but it needs to improve.
