“Fabulous hotel and staff”
Reviewed April 25, 2014

We stayed here in February this year and it was a fabulous place. Very clean, quiet and the spa was fantastic. Would highly recommend eating in the restaurant as the staff were brilliant and the food wonderful. Although it is a 10 minute walk to the main square, the rest of the hotel more than makes up for this.

Can't fault this hotel, location is not central but if you're ok with a 20 min walk into the old town then it is fine. The pay off, however, is a lovely spa, the pool area is just right with a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and it was really quiet. We also had a relaxing massage and a sports massage and both were great.

Breakfast was fab, with lots to choose from and even egg, bacon and sausages for those die hard fans of the full English!

Krakow is full of lovely, friendly people and the food is first class but at very reasonable prices.

Very clean and efficient hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a really good range of food, including polish breakfast as well. The room was a very good standard with tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was very nice with shower cubicle. We really enjoyed going to the swimming pool which we thought was a very good standard and nice jacuzzi.

Just stayed for 4 nights at the hotel with 5 colleagues. All very happy with our stay. The rooms were very comfortable, spotlessly clean and maintained every morning. The bar was adequate for what we needed and the bar food was good.If you like your glass of wine, it is about €3 but it really is just a half a glass! Breakfast was very good with a wide selection to suit all tastes. Do visit the pool. Its a small sized pool - more for lounging in that for serious swimmers. But nice to relax in after an evening out and about. Little out of the centre but less than €4 into the market square. There is a nice shopping centre beside the hotel also. Overall trendy and mod and would definitely stay again. One of my colleagues did have a problem on a different floor when two guests were arguing during the night and it was quiet aggressive. She rang a number of times for someone to come up to help but no one answered the phones. Although this could happen anywhere, from a security point during the night, the hotel should ensure someone is there to answer and assist if an ugly situation arises. My friend had a terrible first night experience, but the guests had checked out the next morning and the rest of the stay was fine.

I agree with other reviewers, a nice, modern hotel with helpful staff. Breakfast was really good, plenty of options, well prepared and presented. The swimming pool area is pleasant and relaxing and staff at the spa are helpful too. The hotel can arrange trips and transfer to the airport, of course the hotel does charge a commission, for example they will arrange a taxi to take you to the airport for 80 PLN, arrange it yourself and you pay approximately 60 PLN. At the moment the airport is under a lot of constructions and the train to the centre of Krakow is not running. On arriving at the airport we took a city bus to the centre of the town for a few zloty. (On your right on leaving the main entrance) The location of the hotel is all right for most people but would not be ideal for someone with a mobility problem. Cross the road (river side) turn right and walk ahead, cross the second bridge on your right and you will be in the Podgorze district where you may visit the former ghetto, Schindler's factory and other very interesting and thought provoking monuments and museums mostly related to events of WW2. Otherwise go left and you will arrive at Kazimierz, the old Jewish district. These two areas are about a 15 minutes walk from the hotel. If one evening you feel too tiered to walk back into town for a meal, you will find a Pizza Hut next to the shopping mall, a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Have a good time in lovely Krakow.

Nice, modern designed hotel, seems to appeal business guests or organized groups, and less couples or families. Cleanliness is O.K., service as well, breakfast was varied.
A big shopping mall is very very near to the hotel, so quite practical for those who are looking for shopping except for exploring the beatiful city of Krakow...........

We stayed here for 3 nights with another 10 people. All of us were in rooms on the 6th floor, very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and cooked food changed each morning ( the black pudding was yummy!) would stay here again without hesitation.
Rooms were warm and comfortable. Only thing I would say is maybe ask for another couple of pillows as only 2 on the bed. Bathrooms were clean and birds song is individual taste!!! I would highly recommend this hotel.
