Stayed here in Nov 2012 and had a great experience, brilliant value for money. The hotel was immaculate, the rooms were spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. Big screen tv, wetroom, large comfy bed and a little seating area with tea coffee etc.. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Was a little far out from the main square, probably about 30 min walk which we did most days but cabs were cheap enough and can be ordered from reception. It's about 15 mins walk to the Jewish quarter which we visited most evenings for quiet bars and lovely restaurants. Pool and spa was gorgeous! Overall I'd love to go back!

Arrived at the hotel Mon 12 Feb 2013 , Room nice, buffet breakfast good and the pool area lovely and clean . The problem started on Tue night at 10pm when 4 coaches pulled up with Israel students . the hotel has a quiet policy from 10pm until 7am . the students ran riot until 12 o clock and started again at 5am banging on doors and shouting . No matter how many phone calls were made to the front desk nothing was done to sort the problem . this went on for 4 nights with a lot of guests at the desk giving out every morning.the onl;y satisfaction we received was to email the manager and give out to him??NOT good enough Before you travel ring the hotel and ask if they have any large groups booked if they have AVOID

Let me start with tho positive things of this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool and spa facilities were beautiful. The food was delicous and elegantly presented and prepared.
On the downside, the staff at the front desk was hit or miss in terms of their friendliness and willing to help. Some of them even seemed irritated when you would ask them for directions or to call a cab. One of the cab services they arranged for me was the worst experience I had while there and made future arrangements by myself. The "fitness facility" was terrible. The only electric piece of equipment was the treadmill and the belt kept slipping on it. There was also no sanitizing spray or wipes to clean the stuff after you were done working out. All they need to do is invest in a good treadmill and elliptical. I had issues with the internet service and kept losing the connection. There is only 1 English channel on the TV - Aljazeera, so it was difficult to keep up on current events.
Overall, I would not book this hotel again.

Nice location alongside the river. Walking distance to Schindler's factory. Very friendly staff. Only sligh downside is the limited menu in the restaurant ofr dinner....not much choice and is Nouvelle Cuisone style, which I hate. Food is not an art form, it is a necessity....add to the menu and add to the portions served please. Other than that, no complaints. I would stay here again.

This hotel has all you need, comfortable rooms, good facilities including a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi swimming pool - albeit a little small. The staff are extremely helpful. The breakfast has more than enough choice to satisfy most people. The location is around a 20 minute walk from the main square, 5-10 minutes walk from Schindler's factory and virtually alongside the Wisla river. The room itself was well equipped, the bathroom was very clean and well equipped, although my wife would have like a bath not just a shower. The only slight negative was the fact that the only English speaking channel on the tv was Al Jazeera

Room Tip: The rooms at the back of the hotels are really quiet

Stayed for Xmas in this hotel. It is situated about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Cracow and 5 minutes from Galeria Kazimierz (shopping center).

Rooms: are spacious, clean and have big bathroom. If you smoke you will get the room on the second floor.

The hotel has good facilities like swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness center and mini SPA; cinema and playroom for children.

About Xmas: food was good and tasty. You could find various dishes (hot and cold), fruits, and desserts. They prepared meeting with Santa Claus, who gave presents; before Christmas Eve children dressed Christmas tree.

Staff: very helpful and nice.

Recommend: for family, business, or a romantic weekend.

Just back from 2 nights at this hotel. All facilities were good---pool, sauna, steam room top notch. Room was very comfortable and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful and informative rewhat Krakow has to offer the short break visitor.
Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the hotel bar as well.
Only drawback may be distance from the Wawel and market square, but hey the taxis are cheap so what the hell !

Room Tip: stayed on floor 6 ---good to be high up for the views.
