If you want to experience a really authentic, delicious Polish meal in Krakow, this is the place to go. Situated down a quiet street on the western edge of Kazimierz, the Jewish quarter of the city, the restaurant feels intimate while having plenty of space.
The barszcz with pierogi (beetroot soup with dumplings) is fabulous - full of immense flavour. I'd find it hard to pick another starter another time, having enjoyed this so much. The roast pork Krakow style was delicious; lovely, tender and very flavoursome.
The young waitresses were so friendly and helpful and the cost was excellent value for money.
Thank you for a really lovely introduction to Polish food and hospitality.
