We stayed at this hotel over the xmas period and the location was perfect, so close to the main square yet in a queit street. we had a superior studio and it was very spacious and even had a sofa, the room was stunning with the exposed brick and was very warm and bed was comfortbale, the bathroom again was very big and the shower was very powerful. The reception staff were amazing and a credit to the hotel. We did book for breakfast but after our first experience i asked for a refund on the other days we booked as there was nothing i liked on the menu, it was mainly eggs which i dont eat. we didnt have any evening meals there but the cocktails were the best i have ever had. Only negatives were that there wasnt any english stations on the tv which wasnt a masive issue , the bedroom could of done with a full lenght mirror as the only mirror was in the bathroom above the sink and that the cleaning staff didnt clean, leave fresh towels or leave any tea, milk etc but the reception staff sorted this out for us. I would defenitly stay at this hotel again if we went back to Krakow.;

We thoroughly recommend a stay here. It is in a perfect location, so close to the main square, but in a very quiet position. The reception staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and warm and having the kitchen area was an added bonus. Much nicer than an ordinary hotel room. When we come back to Krakow, we would not consider staying anywhere else

My wife & I stayed here for a long weekend break (5 days, 4 nights). It is a great place to stay, just off the main square in Krakow, about a 2 minute walk. The rooms are spacious, warm & comfortable. The shower room/toilet area is a good size too. There are tea & coffee making facilities and hair dryer. Less things for the ladies to pack. The rooms are serviced every day with new towels etc.
We booked the hotel to include breakfast. A very good decision. The breakfasts were excellent and more than set you up for the day ahead & the service was good too.
There are plenty of places to eat & drink within close proximity at very good prices.
We would have no problem in going back there, in fact we are planning to go back again in December 2014

Room Tip: If you want a room with a bath, you have to request a room with a bath, otherwise you will get only a shower

This beautiful 16th century hotel is situated in the heart of the Old Town, just off the main square.
Housed in a gorgeous, traditional Polish building, this hotel comprises a number of contemporary rooms and apartments. Whilst maintaining original features such as exposed brickwork and oak beams in the roofs, the rooms are modern, tasteful and feature a number of mod cons.

The apartment we stayed in, accommodated 4 people, in 2 single beds and one double. Featuring a separate living area and kitchen, it had ample space and was decorated beautifully. Glass ceiling windows allowed in lots of light, however first thing in the morning, this can be a little problematic if you're a light sleeper. Tip: Take an eye mask.

The hotel is perfectly situated for the Christmas market and is surrounded by a great selection of shops and good restaurants. The restaurant on site is fantastic too. Try it if you have time. The hotel's only 10 mins walk from the station too. The girls on reception were incredibly fantastic and spoke great English.

We loved it and would definitely stay again.
