“Brilliant location, brilliant accommodation - loved it!”
Reviewed October 25, 2012

We spent 4 wonderful nights in wonderful Krakow staying in this outstanding aparthotel. Young reception staff were warm and welcoming when we arrived and remained so throughout our stay. We were so thrilled with our room - spacious, stylish yet practical; we loved all the exposed brick work, natural wooden beams, superb tiling in the shower room, glass blocking in the walls, flooring etc. The copper pipes used for curtain rails added to the quirkiness! Genuinely could not fault this accommodation - it made a 'young-at-heart' couple in their early fifties feel even younger. Excellent location; literally a minute's walk from the main square. Can't recommend it strongly enough - if we ever return to Krakow (hope we do one day) we'd certainly stay here again. Amazing value for money too at approximately £60 per night for a superior room. Wow!

Room Tip: We didn't see any other rooms but our top floor superior room was just great

The hotel is well positioned just off the main square but is very quiet at night. It keeps the style of the building's original features throughout and has incorporated modern chic in the spacious rooms, a good combination. The beds are comfortable, the shower hot and storage space good. The hotel staff are friendly and helpfu land do a pickup service from the hotel at a good price. A restaurant and bar is attached that serves good food and drink at reasonable prices. A most enjoyable stay

There is nothing to not really like apart from that it appears to be a "work in progress" project, but it in no way affects your stay

Book the airport transfer though the hotel, it cost us 80 zloty (£16) total each way for 8 people

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment for 2 nights in October. The accommodation was newly decorated, very large and scrupulously clean, in a wonderful location just off the main square. Despite being close to the centre the rooms were quiet and we were not disturbed by outside noise, or even noise from other rooms. The room was cleaned everyday, and contained a full kitchen, dining area and sitting area as well as bathrooms and bedrooms. We walked to everything and felt very safe, even when coming home very late at night. The service in the hotel was very friendly and very helpful, from booking a taxi, giving directions, explaining how to get around, recommending a bakery (just round the corner) and restaurants and even returning an item to England that I had left behind.

Room Tip: We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment which was on the third floor. The only thing of note is that th...

The apartment we stayed in was vey comfortable. It was clean and warm and very inviting. We stayed for 6 nights and had no problem with building noise like some others had previously. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment is so central to the old towns and market square. The Jewish quarter is 15 minutes away on foot, as is Wawel castle. The Planty is just around the corner. for location is cant be beaten. You don't have to take the breakfast in the restaurant they recommend. There are plenty of others locally, like the Per ga Min who offer better value. The towels were changed daily, but most hotels give the option to change or keep. The only slight niggle I had was the pillows were a bit flat. But otherwise, a great place to stay and very good value as well. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment as a place to stay in Krakow.

These are new apartments, some of which were still under construction, when I visited with friends in May 2012, are luxury accommodation, with a very contemporary theme ! The apartments are spotless and are serviced by the maids everyday. An the are furnished with everything one needs should one choose to dine in !They are also quite spacious, the apartment we rented had a three seater couch as well as a separate dining area. The reception staff are very friendly and also very helpful and the hotel is situated just a couple of minutes walk. from the main square.

Room Tip: This is a terrific place to stay

We arrived in Krakow after having around one hours sleep the night before and found a friendly, warm and relaxed welcome from the reception staff. We were booked in for a romantic weekend and enjoyed our modern, warm and well furnished room immensly. Within stumbling distance from the plethora of bars and restaurants of the square it really was just what we were after and the 24 hour opening saved our blushes as we would often roll in at after 11PM!! Keep it up guys, you rock!!

First thing to say is that Krakow is a gem.. One of Europe's best kept secrets.. The aparthotel delivered on every level, and having booked very late in the day, was one of the few places available- totally lucked out. I stayed in 418, which used to be a model agency, and one of the largest apartments-massive jacuzzi in the middle of the open plan floor and super comfortable firm bed.. Decor is not particularly to my taste, and the kitchen and storage units are cheap but functional but being 2 mins from market square full of restaurants I'd question if the kitchen is much used.

Staff are very helpful so an all round top mark recommendation.
