“February trip”
Reviewed February 8, 2013

We are so glad that we booked this tour with Phil. His knowledge of Auschwitz & Birkenau is immense as is his passion for the subject.

We were picked it by 8am and didn't see our apartment until 6pm. We were provided with a packed lunch on the day which was far more than we needed.

We first spent the morning touring Auschwitz and then spent the mid afternoon onwards at the salt mine.

All in all it is a fantastic tour and easily understand why Phil tours ranks so highly.
Thank you so much for the day :-)

“Perfect day trip”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

We did the day long trip to auschwitz and the salt mines. Phil picked us up promptly, he was friendly and knowledgeable, two other couples were also on the same trip. We got to auschwitz early, Phil gave us a guide book and took us into the camp, we were then left to look around on our own. We then went to birkenau, phil gave us a great guided tour. Back to the car for lunch on the go (would recommend this, great fun) as we made our way to the salt mines. Again phil was very attentive sorting tickets and waiting with us until it was time for our tour. Really good day and would definitely recommend.

“Krakow Tours gives a relaxed yet professional service full of information and local knowledge”
Reviewed December 28, 2012

Phil Clark's knowledge and interpersonal skills work superbly well in providing a tour which is relaxed and enjoyable.
What is especially good is that you can feel Phil's genuine pride and interest in helping his customers enjoy their tour. He pro actively helped us to know more about Krakow's past and present.
The tour to Auschwitz and the Salt mines was a full day of emotion and awe. There's a lot of walking but it's so worth doing. I had reservations about the Salt Mine before I went but have no hesitation in recommending this tour now.
Without hesitation I would recommend Krakow Tours for airport transfers and tours

“Glad we had this tour with Phil”
Reviewed December 16, 2012 via mobile

Was given Phils card whilst talking to some
People at the krakow christmas market who'd been on a trip with him that morning We went back to hotel, emailed him and he fitted us in two days later for trips to Auschwitz and Birkenau. Phil was knowledgable and personable and with another couple joining us made the trip as interesting and enjoyable as it can be visiting such a place. He left us to explore Auschwitz and then walked and talked us around a snowy and bleak Birkenau. Phil also pointed out many other points of interest and gave us plenty of info throughout the morning. A welcome packed lunch was enjoyed on the way back to our hotel. Really nice guy and if you want to make his day, do take him a bar of cadburys dairy milk!

“An organised, informative tour”
Reviewed December 14, 2012 via mobile

My husband and I booked an Auschwitz tour with Phil based on his glowing Trip Advisor ratings and we were not disappointed. We were fortunate to be the only guests on this tour on this day and found Phil a wonderful guide. We were left to experience the Auschwitz museum on our own, with no pressure to return to the vehicle within a particular time frame. Phil then drove us to Birkenau and led us around this eerie place, giving us details we couldn't have known had we visited on our own. We were collected from our hotel at 8.00am, and returned at approximately 3.00pm. Phil personally packed a large, varied lunch (at an additional cost)- a great service. Phil was a wonderful, personable guide who made our sobering trip to Auschwitz a valuable one.
