We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. Thomaz the host was so kind and helpful and the room was great. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Location fantastic as all central highlights within walking distance. Would strongly recommend!! Staying here does mean walking up a few steps though to get to the apartments.

We stayed here for 3 night's at the end of April. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the young blonde lady. You will probably have read that it is pretty central so I won't go on about that.We were on the top floor which there was a iron and ironing board available on the landing. There was a complimentary water dispenser on the floor below us which was handy to top a water bottle up.The room was very clean and modern.Maybe one slight criticism would be that because we were on the top floor there were no window's to look out of,there were 4 sky light window's which opened.Still, great value for money.

The location of the apartment was excellent, only a few minutes walk from the city centre. The apartment was spacious and modern inside. We were fitter by the end of the week after walking up the stairs to the top floor, but it didn't bother us! The stairs leading up to the apartment was very old but once in apartment block they were very modern. The receptionist and manager were very helpful in organising the transfers and trips to Auschwitz and salt mine at a reasonable price. Would recommend these apartments to friends.

Great apartments! The outside looks a bit dodgy (I think this is fairly standard) but the inside is very nice, big, and modern. The location is fantastic - 2 minute walk to the castle and also very close walk to the centre, but also a very quiet area. The washing machine was a bonus after travelling for 2 months and not having access to one very often. The staff were helpful in booking a trip to Auschwitz. The price was good value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

These apartments are great, modern, cosy and incredible value for money. As well as being in a enviable location probably equal distance from the old town and the jewish quarter and just round the corner from the Wawel Castle.

On the plus side the apartments were modern with a small kitchenette, comfy sitting and sleeping area with a small but modern bathroom.

On the downside there was no lift and the apartments are on the fifth floor so you need to travel light or be incredibly strong and fit. Not for the elderly or those with young children that need to be carried or anyone who is on the wrong side of healthy. If this includes you I would recommend the hotel on the corner (Pod Wawelem Hotel) which we visited for lunch one day and was excellent. I have also recommended the hotel to some friends and they have recently returned and would recommend (basic rooms but spotlessly clean).

Overall great apartments but not for everyone due to the accessibility. The staff were very accommodating and even arranged our airport transfer and were very helpful providing accurate directions.

Very nice inexpensive place to stay if you travel with family and kids. Well, maybe not babies as rooms are on two last floors of the building and there is no lift. Rooms are equipped with basic kitchen stuff and big table.
Staff is very very nice and helpful. Location is just perfect - walking distance to old city and Wawel.
For those traveling by car there is a disadvantage - there is no free parking place. You leave your car either on rather expensive public parking place or the closest free street places are ~500m from the hotel.

This apartment is a great location, 10 mins walk from the main square and on a quiet road right around the corner from the castle. The staff are very friendly and meet you on arrival. All spoke English very well and couldn't help enough with arranging taxis, trips and directions. The rooms were great and had their own little kitchen and everything you'd need for a stay. The only thing I could improve is the shower had some mould in it. The water pressure was great though and the beds comfy. Will definately come back again!!
