the apartment was very nice and perfect location with shops restaurant and pubs round every corner...
Great apartment in a perfect location to explore the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. Easy walk to everywhere. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Great for two couples with its two bathrooms. Would definitely recommend. Excellent communication with the owners. We would stay here again if we visited krakow again.
Excellent apartment, very convenient central location. Huge rooms with nice new bathrooms. Vitek was very helpful in setting things up and getting us to and from the airport.
Large and very comfortable apartment with more than enough space for four. Spotlessly clean with really thoughtful touches e.g. tea, coffee, oil, salt and pepper and a local mobile phone provided. Location is great; between the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. Near enough to walk everywhere and pop back to warm up in front of blazing fire, which was a bit indulgent as the central heating kept the apartment toasty day and night despite the freezing conditions outside. Krakow is a great place to visit and the apartment is a great place to stay. The owners have made everything as easy as possible e.g. organising our transport to and from the airport and being there to greet and bid us farewell. It all worked like clockwork. Totally charming clockwork at that. Book it!
My sister and I stayed in the apartment for a month last May/June and couldn't fault it. It is a clean, spacious apartment offering all the comforts of home-and more-something one doesn't really expect of a holiday rental.
Probably a lot to do with this are the hospitable hosts Vitek and Grazyna who went out of their way to make our stay so pleasant and memorable. An example of their commitment to providing top shelf service was evident when their loan phone (yes they even lend you a home phone) faltered, they had it repaired and up and running in no time.
Location has to be the apartments best asset as one can walk to all the local tourist attractions ,shops ,theatres, train/bus stations and tram stops. Out of town excursions are not a problem either as tourist bureaus and pick up points are readily accessible by foot too.
Having been brought up in a western society and being used to space in holiday accommodation, my sister and I were wary with what our accommodation would offer, given that space is at a premium in Europe. Fortunately we were both pleasantly surprised and so would not hesitate in recommending Apartment Sara to anyone visiting Krakow.
We loved it and miss it.

We had included transportation airport-apartment and back, and everything went without any problems at all. Apartment was comfortable and stayed cool in spite of the 30+ degrees C towards the end of our week. We could - and did - walk everywhere, except of course the trips to Auschwitz-Birkenau and Wieliczka Salt Mines, which we had prebooked with SeeKrakow.
Had memorable meals at Pod Baranem, Miod Malina, Kogel Mogel, Ariel.
Krakow is a beautiful city. Thank you, Sylwia, Grazyna and Vitek, for making our stay so comfortable.
The apartment couldn't have been better situated, just a short walk from the centre. The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean and had two great bathrooms, a must with 2 teenage girls. We bought hams and cheeses from the local supermarket around the corner and enjoyed breakfast in the apartment each morning. Transfers were arranged by the owners who responded to all of our queries quickly and efficiently.
We would 100% recommend this apartment and would return should we have the opportunity to visit Krakow again.
