“Great little venue right in the middle of everything.”
Reviewed December 11, 2013 via mobile

I recently stayed here on a two night break with my twenty year old son and can't really fault the place.

For the price we paid, if honest I didn't expect much but was very pleasantly surprised.

Firstly, Hotel is well placed in the middle of everything you want to see.

Room was basic but had tea/coffee making facilities. Bathroom looked recently done and very nice too.

Breakfast was typical continental but plenty to choose and very tasty.

What I would say is the the staff are the biggest asset to the place......great ambassadors.....very helpful and always smiling.

Well done Globus.

Our room was big, with a comfy bed and a very clean tiled bathroom. The hotel is just between the old Town and jewish quarters which is perfect! The breakfast is the typical hostel breakfast, but maybe a little bit bigger. The receptionist was extreamly helpful and gave us help with the train between Krakow and Warsaw and he also provided us with a map and recommendations.

The place is nothing special, but very price-worthy, big spacious clean rooms, nice service and perfect location! We were very pleased.

Comfortable rooms, tidy & clean every day, eventhough a renovation would be nice... Very very very polite & helpful stuff!!! Excellent location between city center & Jewish quarter, close to the Wawel castle. Limited range in breakfast. Overall it certaintly is considered "Value 4 money"!

I have stayed here twice this year - once with a friend and once on a family trip.
The location is perfect, the rooms are a good size, very clean and well equipped. The breakfast is good with very good coffee.
Although on both trips I had the same room at the front I had no sleeping issues due to the fabulous comfy beds.
I can't recommend this hotel highly enough...and looking forward to my next trip.

I agree with a few comments on here. Excellent staff, clean rooms(cleaned daily) great little bar attached(Frania). Excellent position right between Jewish Area and Market Square--10 minute stroll to each. Downside; I agree about the light sleepers(which I am one) I have never heard noise like it, all day and all night from the trams and many of them. If I were to come here again, then ear plugs would be a must must must. Still enjoyed our stay though. Don't expect english breakfast though, it was adequate, but usual choice for eastern europe city break ie: cheeses, toast, ham, salad stuff, a few eggs and hot dog sausages==it was ok.

Room Tip: Just have ear plugs--our friends had 104, apart from tram noise it was a nice room.

Great location, great value, nice breakfast, comfy beds. The only, but very important, downside is that there are trams outside which are very noisy 24hr a day. Ear plugs a mugs and still loud with them. If you can sleep through anything this is a fab hotel, but light sleepers beware!!!

Very nice hotel with a perfect location close to The Old Town and The Jewish Quarters. Outside our windows we had a perfect view of the trams that drove by and made the house shake a bit:-)Very charming- but remember to bring earplugs. The hotel room was spacious and clean. Bathroom clean and very functionel. After a hard day out it was nice to be able to make your own tea and coffee. All members of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. It always puzzles me that people expect so much from breakfast since I'm sure they eat the same every day at home. There were 4 different kinds of bread, cheese, sausages, meat, 4 different kinds of jam, youghurt, cereal, milk, juice, coffee, tea, eggs, cakes, fruits....and I'm sure I forgot to mention something.... The young girls serving breakfast were all extremely nice and polite. The surroundings were cosy and warm with nice quiet music every morning. Thumbs up:-)

Room Tip: Remember to bring earplugs and high spirits
