Great location, great services and really nice sized appartment with two bedrooms over two floors. Extra toilet is a bonus.

Place is nicely furnished with oak parquet and quirky finishes. Beds are great. Love the stairwell.

Would recommend a glass shower door ... to prevent spashing on the floor when showering, but other than that NO complaints.

Woudl definitely stay there again.

Having never been to Poland, we didn't know what to expect. But what a wonderful place Krakow is. They say it is "the most smiliest place in the world" and we can't argue with that. The people were friendly, happy and welcoming, and why wouldn't they be in a town that offers everything.

We were given the Amber room (room 4 on the 1st floor) which had it's own balcony. It was a lovely room, very spacious with all the mod cons you need, including the Iron and Ironing board which is invaluable to get rid of those creases. 4 bottles of water were supplied as well tea and filter coffee.

It's a very comfortable place, and the central heating enables you to be as warm or as cold as you wish. The bathroom has underfloor heating and it's sooo warm.

The staff are great. No request is too much for them, just step in to their office and ask them.
For us it was "can you book a trip to Auschwitz please?" "can you book us a taxi please?" "Can you tell us where Pod Baraham is please?".
The response of the staff is amazing, it's as if they relish helping you. The taxi booking comes with an emailed confirmation, the trips with booking and itinerary receipts and the locations are drawn on maps that the staff supply to you.

We booked the "breakfast", which we thought would be a strange experience because it consists of Tea or coffee and cake at the cake shop next door (actually beneath our room). Krakow is known as a Cake city, and the huge muffins and mega Lattes were beautiful. I tried the Sausage, egg and cheese muffin and it was like a full english in a cake. My wife liked the sweet muffins like Peaches and cream or Blueberry muffins.

It is a 7 minute walk to the main square. On route you pass CK Brower on your right just before the main road into the old town. CK Brower is a brewery with a cavern bar below it. You can buy tubes of beer (10 pints) with their own taps which they bring to your table so that you can help yourself until it's gone. It works out at £1.10 per pint! and it's a nice beer too.

Then cross in to the square (if you can still walk) and what a place that is. Its a stunning town centre. Walk around the square and get lost down the side streets. Every Bar or restaurant we entered was a new experience. One bar will be a modern Vodka bar, next door may be a traditional Polish rural eaterie and next door may be a cellar based victorian style restaurant complete with pianist and 3 courses (for 2) for about £15-20.

Try the Herring Embassy for the herring Tapas and 80p (4 Zlotty) vodka shots. Oh the Cherry Vodka!
Babcia Mallina - the restaurant with the Pianist is a great experience, but if you want to spend a little more for some wondeful food, visit Pod Baraham. Fantastic attentive service, lovely Polish food and great decor.

Auschwitz is a place everyone should visit. It costs about £25 and includes collection from Crystal Suites, a video about Auschwitz on the 1 hour 15 minute journey and then a 3 hour tour with a tour guide, complete with supplied headphones so that you can hear what she is saying from a distance. It's very sad, but this shouldn't deter you.

My wife wants to return to Krakow as soon as possible and our first choice would be crystal Suites.

Our apartment was clean, warm and roomy. We arranged to be picked up at the airport and that worked well. The staff were very helpful and most spoke good English.. There were plenty of cafes and shops nearby and it was about a 10 minute walk to the main square. An idea place to stay.

Ours was a one bedroom apartment with windows overlooking the street on one side and the courtyard on the other. The apartment is simply furnished with everything a guest may need including coffee, tea and more channels than we could handle.
The staff were excellent, handling the small problem of a faulty key quickly and effectively. The location is perfect, just far enough away from the Old Town to sleep in peace but steps away from the revelry.
A wonderful choice.

Stayed here because of the reviews and the location . Good size bedroom and decent kitchen booked all our trips at the reception. Shops and bakers close by . Kracow is a great city with great restuarants and a spectacular square.

We reserved the Pearl apartment. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a common area that included a small kitchen. This arrangement allowed for the privacy of either couple if desired. The accommodations were fine. The bed comfortable. And above all the apartment was clean. Having a washer in the apartment was great, but only a drying rack to dry your laundry. A drying services is offered for 10 zloty. The staff dries you laundry and brings it back in your room, folded while you are out for the day. Every staff member was very nice and helpful and all understood and talked English. In the same building is a coffee ship that offers coffee, tea, muffins and cupcakes. Very convenient. An elevator is provided for the upper floors.

Room Tip: The whole building was quiet. Your room key opens the main door, so only residents are able to get i...

I am just back from Krakow where we were staying in the Crystal Suites, you can walk into the square in a few minutes. Quite location, the apartment was roomy and very clean and we had a lovely balcony. Wifi reception good. There was always someone in reception and they were always on hand if anything was needed. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.
There is a lovely little coffee shop underneath which had lovely muffins.

Room Tip: As I was a smoker it was nice to have the balcony where you can sit out.
