Rooms are excellent, clean and well decorated. Staff were really friendly and very accommodating. Excellent location only a few steps away from the main Square. Great staff would definitely recommend it.

Stayed for 3 days, rooms are spacious, clean and staff on reception spoke good English and were very helpful and friendly. Room was located on the front of the building but be aware that the trams start at about 0500 hrs and the street noise can be a bit loud if the window is open. Good internet connection in the room. Breakfast was excellent value with plenty of choice. Apartments are located about 150 metres from the main square and about a 5 minute walk to the train station. Recommend this hotel for families and friends

When we stayed here, there were four of us: two adults and two teenagers. When we first arrived we were told that we had been upgraded to a bigger room so we had two bathrooms instead of one which was great and made it a lot quicker when we were getting ready. The staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived and told us anything that we needed to know about the town. The only thing that they didn't know how to help us with was the WiFi as it didn't work for us at all but that was not a big problem. The rooms are spacious, stylish and very, very clean. We also had enough space to store all of our clothes which was good because we didn't have to live out of our suitcases. This hotel is no more than a 5 minute walk from the main square which is fantastic. Our room was very quiet and we heard no noise from the bars/clubs. We brought earplugs but we did not need them so it must depend on which room you are in. We did have a slight problem trying to get the hot water working but once you know how to do it, it works just fine. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it for big groups who want to stay together.

Trying to get 12 lads all together and happy with the same hotel was not easy, thats where the Pergamin Apartments came in handy. We went for 1 eight bed and 1 seven bed apartments. The rooms were nice and clean and everyone was pleased. All beds in the same room like hostel. The Pergamin apartments was close to the main square and in the Ideal spot. Everybody loved the holiday and went home happy.
One problem we had was only max 2 keys per apartment and outside door. The outside door closed at 10pm, NO DOORMAN/RECEPTION AFTER 10pm, on the first night 2 people got lost and locked out, after that we aloted key holders and stayed together in groups with a keyholder.
The pergamin had a bar, 8 zloty, most bars were 6 to 8 zloty near main square, I did not like the beer at the Pergamin. They also did nice breakfast for around 20 zloty but service was slow.

Pergamin apartments is a great value providing clean facilities for a very good price. If you are used to a hotel with any service at all, you will be disappointed. The satellite TV did not work in our room and the 2 hotel employees we saw during our entire 3 day stay, although extremely pleasant and apologetic, were not knowledgeable about how to solve the problem. Our room had 9 beds (hostel style) and 2 bathrooms. (There were only 3 of us) Unfortunately the shower door was missing in 1 of the showers and there was about 3 minutes of hot water available for each shower. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bottom sheets did not cover the entire mattress. Despite all of the deficiencies, the location is extremely convenient and the room was clean.

My wife and I were there over new years and there were definitely pluses and minuses. Overall the staff were very nice and charming, they were helpful with restaurant recommendations (check out the miód I wino great old timey place we went to based on staff reco) and info in local happenings. But this place is noisey, like not sound proof noisey. We could hear our neighbors talking - not yelling or being unreasonable but talking, if you are going to stay here buy earplugs. Also, our laundry was a day late causing me to have to buy cloths...not a huge deal as cloths in Poland are cheap (Hugo Boss suits for $500), but a little inconvenient.

If you can deal with the above this is a decent and very reasonably priced place to stay. It was also clean and close to the train station and the city centre.
